【摘要】 本论文介绍了企业资源计划(ERP)的基本思想,针对造纸企业进行了ERP系统总体设计与实施方案研究。 本论文对国内外工业企业实施信息化管理的状况与动态进行了分析,与此同时分析了国内外工业企业实施ERP管理成功与失败的原因。并结合民丰特种纸股份有限公司实际,对民丰特种纸股份有限公司(以下简称民丰特纸)的信息管理现状进行了剖析,分析民丰特纸实施信息化管理的实际需求。 本论文以民丰特纸为例,探讨了ERP系统的结构和功能设计。在系统总体设计的基础上,细分了各子系统的功能模块。提出了合理的产品、备品备件、原辅材料编码规则。在实施过程中,为确保项目的成功进行,提出了分阶段实施的思想观念。并根据民丰特纸的现实特点,把握整个实施过程的形势和要点,使项目按实施计划顺利运作。 本论文对民丰特纸ERP系统实施的技术可行性、经济可行性及管理可行性进行了分析,阐述该ERP系统总体设计与实施方案的可行性和实用性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper introduced the principle of Enterprise Resource Plan (ERP), and studied the system frame and implementing project of ERP for papermaking enterprises.The paper analyzed the status and dynamic of information management in industry enterprises, and also analyzed the reasons why the enterprises, which implemented ERP, were succeed or failed. On the basis of comparison and analysis, it put forward the requests of implementing ERP for Mingfeng Special Paper Co. Ltd.The paper studied the design of system frame and function for ERP for Mingfeng, an example of others. After the system frame designed, functional modules of sub-systems were studied in detail, and the coding rules of products, spare parts, raw materials were put forward in reason. According to the specialty of Mingfeng and the situation and essential, an idea of grading implementing was brought forward in the implementing process, and ensured the project success.On the basis of analyzed its technological, economical and managing feasibilities, the paper explained the feasibility and practicability of the system frame and implementing project of ERP for Mingfeng.更多还原
