土工离心模型试验技术的研究和应用

【摘要】 土工离心模型试验是通过在模型中模拟和原型相同的应力水平来研究原型性状的,在一定程度上相当于土工结构的原位观测。该领域的研究目前已在世界上引起了广泛的关注和重视,许多国家用离心模型试验来研究复杂的岩土工程问题。随着我国岩土工程问题研究的不断拓展,新情况和新问题不断出现,使得采用室内试验和数值分析方法已不足以解决所有问题,这就使离心模型试验成为岩土工程试验领域的一种重要方法。因此,土工离心模拟试验技术的研究及应用课题具有重大的理论和实际价值。本文针对目前国内岩土工程领域关注的问题开展了以下研究: 1. 深厚覆盖层上修筑混凝土面板堆石坝的离心模型试验研究论证了在深厚覆盖层上修筑混凝土面板堆石坝时,将趾板直接建在覆盖层上,用混凝土防渗墙作为垂直防渗措施,利用两块连接板将趾板和混凝土防渗墙连接起来的方案是可行的。从试验结果上看,虽然蓄水后连接板、趾板都有向上游的移动,但未发现防渗墙顶、连接板和趾板间有明显的拉开现象,说明从结构受力变形的角度来看,坝体坝基的防渗系统的防渗功能是可以保证的; 2. 岩质边坡楔形体破坏的离心模型试验研究模拟了岩质边坡楔形体破坏的特性,评价了楔形体破坏分析的Hook 方法与能量方法的适应性; 3. 洋山深水港区1.4km码头工程的离心模型试验研究,通过离心模型试验提出了由桩身应变计算桩体位移的分析公式,并应用到洋山深水港的群桩码头试验的分析中,解决了地下结构位移不易量测的难题。4. 黄骅港外航道整治工程的离心模型试验研究在模拟黄骅港外航道整治工程中,应用自制的抛填设备在离心机高速旋转过程中进行抛填,并利用观测仪器对抛填效果进行观测来模拟原型的施工过程。在对试验成果进行分析的基础上对设计方案提出了修改建议和需要注意的事项。

【Abstract】 Geotechnical centrifuge modeling is the test method that studying the prototype character by simulating the same stress with the prototype in model. Today it had arose abroad attention in the world, many country study the complicated geotechnical engineering by the centrifuge test. With the development of the geotechnical engineering in our country, problem appear ceaselessly, which make the methods of laboratory study and numerical analysis are not sufficient to solve the problems, the centrifuge test turn into the new and efficiency experimental way. So study the application of centrifuge modeling test in geotechnical engineering have the important meaning on theory and practice value. This paper aimed at the mainly problem in geotechnical domain, and the following centrifuge model tests were carried out: 1. In the centrifuge model test of the construction of Chahanwusu CFRD on deep overlying, the conclusion was drawn, namely it is feasible that the CFRD be construction on deep overlying, with the toe slab directly construct on deep overlying, the vertical seepage control by concrete cut-off wall, and the connection of cut-off wall and toe slab by two connect slabs. 2. In the centrifuge model test of wedge failure of rock slope, based on the simulation of the wedge failure of rock slope, evaluated the applicability of Hook method and energy method in analysis the wedge failure. 3. In the centrifuge model test of Yangshan harbor, based on the centrifuge modeling test, the analysis formula which can calculate displacement from the strain of pile was drawn, and the problem that the displacement of underground structure can’t measure expediently was settled. 4. In the centrifuge model test of Huanghua harbor project, the prototype construct process was simulated by pitching stone at high speed in centrifuge depend on the equipment developed by ourselves, after that the effect of the pitch was observation by apparatus, and some proposes were put forward for the design advanced.
