基于CATIA下的夹具快速设计及制造响应系统

【摘要】 夹具是制造系统的重要组成部分,不论是传统制造,还是现代制造系统,夹具都是十分重要的。夹具对加工质量、生产率和产品成本都有直接的影响。由于当今市场竞争的激烈和企业信息化的要求,企业对夹具的设计及制造提出了更高的要求。本文是以研究如何有效利用现有夹具中的专家知识,参照传统的夹具设计过程,提出新的夹具设计及制造方案,以此来提高专用夹具的设计及制造效率,适应企业发展需要。夹具的设计涉及到数值计算、图形绘制等一些算法型问题。CATIA在解决这类问题时显示出其优越性。针对提高夹具设计及制造的效率,本文主要是研究如何在CATIA的环境下建立专用夹具快速设计及制造响应系统的总体结构,阐述其模块功能,给出其具体的实施方案。研究的主要内容如下:整体上是研究如何构建了一个基于CATIA下的专用夹具快速设计及制造响应系统;如何建立全息化的专用夹具标准件库;如何有效利用现有夹具中的专家知识建立信息知识库;如何建立典型夹具库;校核设计好的夹具,对其进行可行性分析;如何将设计与制造更好的结合并获得加工工艺信息;对有关夹具相似性比较的原理也做了一些探讨;最后对系统的使用流程作了介绍,并举例验证系统的实用性。

【Abstract】 Fixture is an important element of the manufacture system. It is very important notonly for traditional manufacture system but for modern manufacture system. Because ofthe fierce competition of market and the demand of the enterprise information, the highestrequest of the corporation for the fixture design and manufacture is brought forward.How to make use of the expert knowledge of the fixture in existence and withreference of the traditional fixture design, to bring forward the new design andmanufacture method to improve the efficiency of special fixture design and manufacture isdiscussed in this paper. Many arithmetic problems are dealt with the fixture design andmanufacture, such as numerical compute, graph drawing and etc. CATIA has a superiorityto deal with this problem. Aimed to improve the efficiency of the fixture design andmanufacture, research on how to establish the whole structure of rapid response system ofthe special fixture design and manufacture, and function of modules are discussed in thispaper, starting program is brought forward in detail.On the whole, this paper presents to how to establish rapid response system of fixturedesign and manufacture based on CATIA, how to establish full information standard-partlibrary, how to establish knowledge and information library with use of the expertknowledge of fixture in existence, how to establish representative fixture library, make ananalysis of the feasibility to check the fixture which have been designed, how to integratethe design and manufacture to get the process technics, to discuss the theory of similaritycomparison of fixture, in the end, use flow of this system is discussed and practicability isvalidated with examples.
