高硬高盐高硫酸根水处理方案研究

【摘要】 本文综合评述了目前高硬度、高含盐量、高硫酸根的地下水质的处理方法。实验研究了降低Ca2+、SO)42-含量的可行性方法,探讨了硫酸钙的结晶机理和垢的形成机理及盐效应对成垢的影响,指出了石灰法、CaCl2法处理此类水质的适用性与局限性。实验表明硫酸钙过饱和溶液只有在离子积>10Ksp的情况下才能生成,常规的处理方法对去除去除SO42-效果不佳。结合资料,通过综合分析及技术经济比较,确立水质的处理方案为石灰纯碱软化-纳滤处理,经工艺计算,设计了工艺流程。此处理方案运行费用低,处理效果好,具有显著的经济效益和环境效益。

【Abstract】 This paper has investigated the method on groundwater of high concentration of hardness, salt content and sulfate in certain power plants. And the feasible method of removal of calcium and sulfate concent is reseaerched through experiment, indicating the applicability and localization of methods of lime and calcium chloride. The paper also suggest that calcium sulfate crystal is separated out when the iron product is above 10Kspby discussing the mechanism of calcium sulfate and deposit formation and also disussing the effect of salt concent for deposit formation. The general method of removal of sulfate is not very effective. So a method(intenerate by calcareousness and sodium carbonate-nanofiltrati) is developed through synthetical analysis and economical compare of technique. The technologic flow is designed by technogic calculate as well. The method may bring considerable economic and environment benefit.
