强化电除尘器阴极收尘性能的试验研究

【摘要】 在电除尘器出口处有大量荷正电和中性粉尘存在,荷正电荷粉尘颗粒可占出口粉尘总量的30%~50%。通过改进电除尘器的阴极系统,增强电除尘器的阴极收尘能力,从而将这部分粉尘收集下来,将能大为提高电除尘器的除尘效率。本课题研究提高电除尘器阴极收尘潜力的机理和途径,并在理论指导下,设计制作具有防止阴极二次飞扬、克服与削弱反电晕、增强阴极收尘功能的新型阴极线组。通过试验,研究阴极防风板与不同电晕线匹配形式的放电特性,试验研究发现,在具有与阴极线同电位的阴极防风板影响下,各种阴极线放电减弱,当阴极防风板宽度增大到一定宽度时,使阴极线的击穿电压下降。使用二维k—ε方程,模拟电除尘器通道内流场,发现阴极防风板对阴极线有一定的防风作用,理论上能有效防止电除尘器阴极二次飞扬,增强阴极收集荷正电荷粉尘的能力,提高电除尘器的除尘效率。

【Abstract】 There is a lot of particles that charge electropositive and neuter ion in exits of electrostatic precipitator. Particles that charge electropositive ion can account for 30%~50% of total amount. Strengthen the ability of collecting these dust of cathode of electrostatic precipitator, so the precipitation efficiency can be improved greatly. The objective of the study reported on this paper was to investigate the mechanisms and approaches of improvement the potential of collection dust of cathode. And under the guidance of theory, Designed and made the new-type cathode that has multi-function of collecting dust, minishing the lost of second blowing dust, weaken and overcome the discorona. Discharging characteristics of different cathode line which matching windproof board was studied though experiment. The experimental study have revealed that each cathode discharging capability was weakened by the influence of windproof board which has the same voltage with cathode. The breakthrough voltage was decreased when the windproof board increase to a certain width. It discovered that wind-proof board has function of avoiding scour by gas flow though simulation precipitator’s passway using two dimensions k-εequation. All these can strengthen encollecting electropositive ion dust, minishing the lost of second blowing dust and improve efficiency of electrostatic precipitator theoretically.
