城乡电网改造项目进度管理研究

【摘要】 针对赤峰地区城乡电网改造项目投资大、项目多、施工复杂、工期紧等问题,论文应用现代项目管理的基础理论与案例研究相结合的方法探讨了城乡电网改造项目进度管理问题。 论文首先通过对现代项目管理基础理论和发展现状的研究,阐述了其在电力企业应用的必要性。其次通过分析城乡电网改造项目状况,指出了加强城乡电网改造项目进度管理的必要性,并结合案例进行了论述。 论文就城乡电网改造中所遇到的关于影响项目进度的各种原因,进行了分析,对城市电网改造、农网改造及县城城网改造项目在具体实施中所存在的具有代表性的问题,提出了解决措施和方案,为正在进行的农网改造工程和县城城网改造工程实现目标提供了一定的借鉴和参考,论文研究结论对赤峰供电公司的工程项目管理有一定的理论和实践意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the problems of huge investment of urban and rural power grids transform, too many projects, complicated construction, time limit for project and so on being urgent to Chifeng, this paper studies the project progress management problems with the way combining basic theoryof modern project management with case study.Firstly, through the research to the basic theory and development of modern project management, the paper elaborates that it is necessary to use in electric enterprises. Secondly, through the analysis of urban and rural grids transform project, the paper points that it is necessary to strengthen the project progress management of urban and rural grids power, and has some introduction combining with case.The paper analyzes some reasons influencing project progress during urban and rural grids transforming. Regarding to the problems in implementing upgrading of rural power grids and county town city network transformation project, the paper provides some resolves, and offers certain reference for improvement project of rural power grids and network improvement project of county town city. The conclusions of the paper have certain theory and practice help to project management of the electric company of Chifeng.更多还原
