龙滩地下水电站全厂机械通风(空调)模型试验研究

【摘要】 水电站地下厂房的通风空调,不仅关系到工作人员的身体健康,也关系到设备的正常运行,具有十分重要的意义。龙滩水电站是目前中国最大的地下水电站,由于其洞室群极为复杂,排风洞口众多,通风空调设计是一个复杂的系统工程,需要通过模型试验论证其合理性和可靠性。同时所得到的结论也可为其它水电站的建设提供有价值的参考。 当今水电站模型试验研究主要集中在主厂房的气流组织、热环境特性等,像龙滩水电站这样进行全厂机械通风热态模型试验研究尚属首次。 本论文在理论分析的基础上,借助于流体力学相似性原理,应用定律分析法和方程分析法,以模型和原型的几何比例尺为假设条件,推导出各参数的相似比例尺,从而为模型试验打下了理论基础。 论文对热电偶焊接、风速测量等实验技术进行了研究;求出了各部位风速传感仪速度修正系数C 的回归公式,并进行了理论分析。 机械通风热态试验分为春季机械通风和夏季机械通风(空调送风)两个阶段。通过室外气象条件以及机组运行工况的改变,来研究厂房内的温度分布以及风量分配规律,以此验证原型通风空调设计的合理性。并提出了改善措施:在母线洞上层增加风机盘管台数,分段设置风机盘管,通过对温度的自动检测来控制风机盘管的运行。在各个阶段的模型试验的基础上,主要对洞室群的风量分配规律进行了分析,得出了龙滩水电站风量平衡的基本规律:在热态试验条件下,龙滩水电站洞室群的风量分配是不均衡的,并且,其风量分配关系随机组运行工况的改变有较大的改变。最后,得出了一些关键性结论并由此对原型的通风设计提出了几点合理的建议,同时也指出了试验本身还存在的不尽完善之处,以望在后续试验中进一步去完善。
【Abstract】 Ventilation and air conditioning of the underground hydropower station is not only associated with man’s health, but also with equipment’s natural work. Longtan, as the largest underground hydroelectric station in China, because of its complicated structure of underground holes, the ventilation and air conditioning design is a complicated and systemic engineering. So asking for help from the ventilated model to experiment the rationality of designation of ventilation seems very important. At the same time, gained conclusions can provide worthy reference for other water power station. Nowadays, researches about underground hydropower station mainly focus on air-flow organization and characteristic of thermal environment etc. It is the first time to make a mechanical ventilation and air conditioning model experiment for the whole factory. Bases on theory analysis, this thesis asks for help from the similarity principle and similarity three-laws of hydromechanics, applies methods of law analysis and equation analysis, and has the assumptive condition of simulation and original mold’s geometry scale, to deduce parameters’ simulation scale, which builds theory foundation for experiments of model. This paper studies some technique of experiment such as thermocouple’s jointing and wind speed measuring , it gets some regressed expressions about C of wind speed measuring sensor, and analyses it with theoretics. The mechanical and thermal ventilation model experiment is divided into mechanical ventilation in spring and mechanical ventilation (air conditioning)in summer. With the variation of equipments run-condition and outdoor meteorological condition, we study temperature and ventilation distribution in the factory, thereout can verify the rationality of ventilated design of prototype and put forward the measure of improving its ventilation: adds the number of coolers in upper level of busbar tunnel , lay coolers separately, control the work of coolers through inspecting temperature in holes. This paper mainly studies the condition of ventilation balance, on the basis of model experiment. It summarizes the basic rules of ventilation balance in longtan hydropower station’s underground houses: under the condition of mechanical ventilation , the air-volume distribution in not balanceable, and the ventilation balance will change with the variation of equipments run-condition . Finally , the paper gets some key conclusions and put some forward reasonable suggestions to the design of the prototype ventilation. And the experiment is still incomplete, which should be improved in further experiment.
