【摘要】 素有文明古国著称的中国,有悠久而灿烂的文化,更有悠久的商业道德传统,他们是当前我们国家进行社会主义精神文明建设的重要组成部分,是进行社会主义商业道德建设应倍加珍惜一份宝贵遗产。先秦商德思想作为传统伦理文化的重要组成部分,不仅是先秦的地理环境、社会条件、商业实践活动的产物;并且受到传统伦理道德的影响与制约。先秦的仁爱思想、义利观、诚信观、公私观、职业道德观、家族伦理思想是先秦商德产生形成的理论基础和思想渊源。传统伦理对人与人、人与社会以及人生理想的阐述,为古代商业活动的终极目标与商人精神世界起到了指引与推动的作用,甚至在某种程度上对商人的精神世界起到了制约的作用。先秦商业道德的内容比较丰富,涉及到了商人的行为、道德品质、经商智慧等方面,它以丰富的内涵,详实的行为规范,推动了先秦商业经济的发展以及促进了传统商人的思想、文化水平的提高。其主要的内容表现如下: “善行广布、爱国济民”的核心宗旨; 尊重“商业规律、灵活多变”的经营理念; “守信重诺、诚实守真”的商业美德; “敬业乐业、乐中思苦”的创业精神; 家族整体经营的特色。社会主义商业道德的建设离不开对传统思想资源的继承,先秦商业道德作为传统道德资源的重要组成部分,对于推动当前我国商业的发展,对于完善和发展社会主义市场经济体制,具有十分重要的理论价值与现实意义,它有助于商业企业与商业工作者在经济活动中: 发扬“报国助民”的思想; 遵守“义重于利、见利思义”的交换原则; 以诚实信义打造商业企业的良好形象; 保持敬业奉献、勤劳节俭的作风; 正确对待家族经营模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 China , a country with an ancient civilization, has both long and splendid culture and long tradition of commercial morality, which are both important part of Chinese socialist spiritual civilization which is in progress and precious heritage which should be cherished in the establishment of socialist commercial morality. It is of great importance to pay much attention to its modern value at present. Thought of pre-Qin period commercial morality is an important part of ancient thought of morality. It is the product of social condition ,commercial practice and traditional moral culture of pre-Qin period. It points out the pre-Qin period commercial morality was the product of commercial activities of china in special geographical and social conditions. But also ,the text points out that the theoretical foundation and the origin of thought are conceptions of kind-heartedness, righteousness and profit, principle of honest and sincerity, public and private affairs, professional ethics, and clan ethics of pre-Qin period. Traditional ethics interprets the relationship between an individual and another individual, an individual and the society and ideal of life ,which guides and promotes the ultimate aim of ancient commercial activities and spiritual world of businessmen ,and to some extent , it also limits the spiritual world of merchant.. So ,thought of commercial morality of pre-Qin period is an important part of ancient thought of commercial morality, it is the product of social condition , commercial practice and traditional moral culture of pre-Qin period. The content of commercial morality of pre-Qin period are very plentiful and include behavior of merchant ,moral character ,trade wisdom and so on. Due to its plentiful connotation and full behavior standard ,it promote the development of commercial economic of pre-Qin period and accelerate enhancement of thinking and culture level of traditional merchant. The following is the main content. the core aim of “unselfish act and patriotic and assist the people”; operating ideas of “observe commercial rule and to be flexible ”; commercial virtue of “taking honest and sincerity as one’s cardinal principle instead of benefit ”; enterprise spirits of “dedicated professionalism and responsibility and hard-working and frugality ”; the whole operating spirits of “clan unified management ”. The establishment of socialist commercial morality must critically inherit the thinking resource of national tradition, must inherit and develop the traditional ethic culture. As important components of morality resource in national tradition of our country , commercial morality of pre-Qin period has a lot of rational facts ,which have very important theoretical value and reality significance to perfect and develop socialist market-oriented economy system and to promote the development of our modernization establishment and to push forward the development of our commerce . To the merchant enterprising and commerce worker, we can know and grasp the modern value of pre-Qin period commercial morality form the five aspects given in the following. advocate the thought of “loving one’s country and helping the people”in the commercial practice ; observe the principle of “remembering moral thought at the sight of profit and supplementing and benefiting each other and honest and sincerity on the commercial practice ”; develop new image of enterprise by honest and sincerity on trade and full promise in the commercial practice ; encourage style of dedicated professionalism and hardworking and frugality; treat the pattern of clan unified management .更多还原
