平板金属爆炸焊接原理及实验研究

【摘要】 金属爆炸焊接是介于金属物理学、爆炸物理学和焊接工艺学之间的一门边缘学科,爆炸焊接又是用炸药作能源进行金属间焊接和生产金属复合材料的一种很实用的高新技术。本文主要是对平板金属爆炸焊接的原理及其工艺进行了研究,通过一系列相同、不同平板材料金属的爆炸焊接实验,多次调整各相关参数,最终得出了最优焊接参数范围。本文研究的目的是能通过合理的实验方法生产出工业中实用的高性能的复合金属板材。最后在实验的基础上建立了平板金属爆炸焊接参数查询的数据库系统,为这项技术的实际工业应用以及在应用中查找有关资料及计算数据提供了方便。通过实验研究我们最终得到如下结论:(1) 采用爆炸焊接的方法能够实现一些使用常规方法不易实现的平板金属的焊接,而且焊接的质量也大大超过常规方法的焊接质量。(2) 采用爆炸焊接方法从很大程度上节省了生产成本,并且降低了能源的消耗以及所带来的污染等一系列问题。(3) 在爆炸实验中一些不好确定的实验参数,我们通过一些特殊的方法缩小了实验参数的选取范围,并通过某些实验数据调整了某些公式中系数的变化范围。(4) 通过数据库的建立,一些常用的实验参数及计算结果都可通过方便的输入初始数据而得到,具有很高的工业实用价值。

【Abstract】 The metals explosion welding is an edge course that lies in the metals physics, theexplosion physics and the welding process. It is also a kind of very practical high_tech thatmakes use of the explosive to make the energy to carry on a welding of metals and producethe metals compound materials.This paper mainly studies the principle and its process of the flat panel metalsexplosion welding. The optimum welding parameter scopes are received from the explosionwelding experiments by adjusting the related experimental parameters eventually. Thepurpose of this paper is to manufacture compound metals materials which have highperformances and are applied in industry by means of the reasonable experiments. Thedatabase system of the flat panel metals explosion welding parameters has been establishedon the base of experiments, which is supposed to provide conveniences for actual industrialapplications when the relevant data are sought..Some conclusions as follows can be drawn from experimental study:(1) The method that adopts the explosion welding can carry out the flat panel metalswelding which can’t be completed by normal means, and the quality of the explosionwelding is superior to the one of normal means.(2) The method that adopts the explosion welding can save the costs of productions to agreat extent, reduce the consumption of the energy and decrease a series of problems whichare involved in environmental pollutions.(3) The experiment parameter scopes have been reduced through some special meansbecause it is difficult that experimental parameters are determined sometimes. Moreover, thescopes of coefficients in some formulas have already been adjusted and optimized on someexperimental data basis in this paper.(4) With the database established, some general experimental parameters andcalculational results can be obtained conveniently, which has very high practical value inindustry.
