方坯管式结晶器爆炸成形技术的试验研究

【摘要】 结晶器是连铸机的“心脏”,是连铸机实现高拉速的关键部件。为提高结晶器的传热效率和使用寿命,实现连铸机的高拉速,要求结晶器的内表面形状尽可能符合金属凝固收缩规律,因而对结晶器的内腔形状、尺寸精度和表面光洁度均要求很高,而用传统的加工方法很难保证这一点。利用爆炸成形技术加工结晶器,具有尺寸精度高、表面光洁度好、高效、节能、成本低等特点,是一项很有应用前景的技术。本文在前几次试验的基础上,对方坯管式结晶器的爆炸成形技术进行了进一步的试验研究。主要研究内容如下:(1)第一次采用挤出毛坯,对方坯管式结晶器的爆炸成形原理、成形方法进行了试验研究,解决了以前试验中出现的许多问题;(2)根据变形特点,对方坯管式结晶器爆炸成形的布药方式进行了试验,取得了良好效果;(3)对方坯管式结晶器爆炸成形的变形方式和能量计算进行了分析,提出了药量计算的参考公式,且有待进一步的试验修正;(4)对试验中出现的问题和该课题的下一步试验研究进行了评述。研究结果表明:采用爆炸成形技术可加工出尺寸精度较高,内表面光洁度很好的结晶器,并可望提高结晶器的强度和硬度,从而提高了结晶器的使用寿命和连铸机的拉速,从理论和实践上为采用爆炸成形技术批量生产结晶器奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 The mould is the critical component of the high efficiency continuous caster like theheart of the body. To improve the efficiency to transmit heat and the service life and makecontinuous caster achieve high drawing speed, the inner surface shape of mould isrequired to accord with the solidification and shrinkage regulation of steel water. So thedimension tolerance and inner surface glossiness and inner shape of the mould must beexacting and its traditional mechanical process is quite difficult. The explosive formingtechnique have such features as high efficiency, energy saving, low costing, high precisionetc and the applied foreground very much.In this paper, the explosive forming technique of the quadrate tube mould is fartherstudied in experiments on base of previously experiments. The main research work of thispaper is as follows:(1)With adopting the semi-finished product copper tube for the first time, theexperimental principle and ways of the explosive forming technique of tube mould isexplored, and many problem of the emergence are resolved.(2)On base of the characteristic of the explosive forming, the experiment of themode to set explosive is done and the favorable result is achieved.(3)The formula to calculate amount of the explosive is brought forward and will beperfect in farther experiments, through the forming energy and explosive charge of thequadrate tube mould are analyzed.(4)The farther experiments and problems of explosive forming technique of thequadrate tube mould and its applied prospect are evaluated.The study result: with the explosive forming technique the mould may achieveaccuracy higher size and good inside surface and the raise of the strength and the hardness.So the service the life of the mould and the high drawing speed of continuous casterachieve. This experiment study will be basic of making use of the explosive formingtechnology to batch produce.
