有机发光器件的制备及特性研究

【摘要】 本论文工作主要包括有机电致发光器件的制作及其一系列电学、光学性能的测试和分析。 论文先回顾了有机电致发光器件的历史进展、介绍了器件结构、有机材料、发光机理、研究热点及应用前景。 在实验过程中,器件的各层有机膜采用真空蒸发沉积技术制备,并对Alq3和TPD两种有机膜采用多种检测手段验证了膜的均匀性,通过PL谱和EL谱对比知道了器件的发光来自Alq3。 文章重点研究了影响有机发光器件性能的几个因素,器件的结构为:ITO/TPD(20nm)/Alq3(30nm)/Al:首先在保证基片与蒸发源距离不变,湿度相同的情况下,通过改变Alq3蒸发温度,测试器件的J-V、B-V、η-V及衰变,寻找Alq3的最佳沉积速率;确定了Alq3的沉积速率后,在此最佳沉积速率条件下探讨湿度对器件性能的影响;在这章节的最后一部分,比较了LiF/Al的复合电极与单层Al电极的器件性能区别。 论文对OLED的寿命做了简单的研究,做了大气环境下的寿命实验,通过测试器件的衰变曲线得到了有价值的实验结果。
【Abstract】 This thesis mainly discussed the OLED’s fabrication and a series of characteristics on electronic and optical property.At first, the thesis reviewed the histories and described structures、 organic materials、 hotspot、 foreground of organic Light-Emitting Devices.The organic films of OLED were fabricated by reactive evaporating deposition.The uniformity on the organic films of Alq3 and TPD were maden sure by some detection which device’s luminescence is from Alq3 was known by PL and EL chart.The thesis discussed the effects of OLED’s property. The structure of OLED is ITO/TPD(20 nm)/Alq3(30 nm)/Al .at first I searched the optimized deposition velocity of Alq3 by testing electronic and optical property of the device. After ensuring the deposition velocity of Alq3 ,The effect of OLED on humidity was discussed and the difference of LiF/Al cathode and Al cathode was studied .The thesis studied the lifetime of OLED and found worthy experiment results by experiment on lifetime on condition of atmosphere .
