基于GSM网络的小区供热站温度采集系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 本文利用第二代移动通信系统—GSM网络的现有短消息的数据传输建立了应用于小区供热站的温度采集系统。可在供暖舒适度达标的状况下,实现对热能流的信息采集与处理以及精确控制,为我国当前解决既有建筑采暖高耗能的难题提供了一种基于信息技术的新方法。本系统采用Siemens MC35i通信模块和MCS-51系列的单片机(WINBOND W78E516B)互连构成采集终端系统,通过AT指令,实现了小区供热站检测中心对小区用户室内温度、室外温度等物理量的采集和传输。并且,对小区供热站各关键控制参数的预测算法进行了研究,提高了关键控制参数预测的精度。 本文共分为6章,第一章论述了GSM系统结构,重点介绍了短消息业务的特点、结构、及发展方向等方面的内容。 在对GSM网络及短消息数据业务分析的基础上,本文在第二章进行了温度采集系统的网络设计。根据网络设计,整个温度采集系统分被为两个部分:供热站检测中心系统和前端温度采集模块。第三章讲述了温度采集系统检测中心的建设,其中包括检测中心系统硬件构架和软件设计,给出了系统的接口电路图、软件流程图和程序设计。在硬件构架的设计中,实现了计算机并口对串口扩展的控制,并在软件设计中采用设备驱动程序方法实现了对并口的访问。 第四章介绍了前端温度采集模块硬件电路和软件设计,给出了系统硬件电路图、软件流程图及部分关键程序代码。在软件的设计过程中,借用了有限状态机的设计思想,使得程序更加稳定、程序设计逻辑更加清晰,有利于软件系统的扩展和剪裁。 第五章对小区供热站关键控制参数预测算法进行了研究,改进了神经网络驱动型模糊推理系统—NNFR模型,并将其与Kohonen神经网络结合起来,通过实验证实预测结果良好。 第六章对该温度采集技术的应用前景和推广价值作出了展望,并给出了系统下一步的工作。

【Abstract】 Based on SMS service on GSM network, the 2nd generation network of mobile communications, the system of temperature data collection used in heating stations of separate areas is designed and set up. This system realizes data collection and process for heat energy flow and precise control on heating stations. And this solution provides a new method, based on information technology, to energy-saving innovation for existing buildings that are high energy consuming. In this system, GSM communication modules, Siemens MC35i, and single-chips, WINBOND W78E516B (belongs to the series of MCS-51), are used to compose a collection module. By AT commands, the detecting center of separate heating station detects temperature changes in and out of users’ houses and receives datas collected by collection modules. In the end, the forecast algorithm of key parameters for controlling heating machines is studied. The improved algorithm makes the forecast of key parameters more precise.The thesis is composed of 6 chapters. Chapter 1 describes the architecture of GSM network, and focuses on the SMS service. Meanwhile, the characters, structure and hot trend of SMS service are introduced.Base on the analysis of SMS service in chapter 1, network structure of this system is designed in chapter 2. According to the structure, the whole monitor system is divided into 2 parts. One is detecting center, and the other is collection module. Chapter 3 points out how to set up the detecting center, including hardware architecture and design of software. This chapter also displays circuit diagrams of hardware interfaces and flow charts of software. In the hardware design, extending serial port is realized using parallel port to control selection logic. And driver programmingis used to access the parallel port.Chapter 4 introduces how to design the circuit of hardware structure and embedded software running on it for the collection module and also displays circuit diagrams of hardware, flow charts of software and key codes. During this design, firstly, finite state machine is introduced. Then this method is applied to software design. It makes software stronger, and design logic clearer, and is of great benefit to the expansion and cut for software system.In chapter 5, the forecast algorithm of key parameters for controlling heating machines is studied. It improves on neural network-driven fuzzy reasoning (NNFR) model to combine with Kohonen networks. It works well verified by experimentations.Chapter 6 is a concluding one. It indicates this system has the great value in popularized applications. And this chapter also says what should be done next step for system update.
