基于UG/OPEN API的人机界面设计方法研究

【摘要】 本文对人机工程学中的人机界面设计进行了研究和探讨,将UG/OPEN API接口技术引入到人机界面设计中,为Unigraphics环境下的人机界面设计提供了有效的技术支持,并提高了设计水平。 论文研究了如何在Unigraphics环境下,使用其本身的二次开发工具,并依据人机工程学中相关标准,开发针对设计者的设计软件。 首先,探讨了国内外先进的人机界面设计理念,借鉴了当前处于领先地位的设计方法,分析了在Unigraphics环境下进行人机界面设计研究的合理性和可行性,以及它的研究意义和作用;其次,针对机械系统人机界面组成结构的特点,对人机界面相关的设计原则和要求作了系统的研究,包括对人的生理学、心理学、解剖学以及环境学的研究,确定了论文工作的重点和难点,然后将基于UG/OPEN API接口技术人机界面设计所需要的数据进行了汇总和整理;第三,解决了的关键问题,包括UG/OPEN API编程原则、菜单脚本文件制作和Unigraphics风格对话框的设计及其激活方式,以及在Windows NT/2000平台上二次开发所需要的系统参数及环境变量的设置;第四,运用空间解析几何的知识,建立了编程所需要的数学模型。详细介绍了在Unigraphics环境下的二次开发步骤,对每一个细节部分都做了较细致的说明。最后,针对不同几何尺寸和外形的机械系统综合显示控制台进行了设计演示,以大量的图示方式说明基于UG/OPEN API接口技术的人机界面设计完全满足人机工程学的基本要求。 基于UG/OPEN API接口技术的人机界面设计方法的研究提高了计算机在机械系统人机界面设计中的应用层次,本课题为人机界面设计方法研究提供了有效的途径。

【Abstract】 The design of human machine interface in human-machine engineering is studied in this thesis. UG/OPEN API is inducted into the design of human machine, which supplies effectively the design of human-machine, in the Unigraphics, and promotes the level of design.It is introduced in the thesis how to use the tools of UG/PEN API, and how to develop a application program for designers according to the standard of human machine engineering.First, the advanced design ideas of human-machine interface are discussed, the one-up methods of the design are used for reference, the rationality and feasibility of human-machine interface design and study in the Unigraphics are analyzed.Second, aimed to the structure characteristic of the human-machine interface in mechanical system, the design principles and requests of human-machine interface are roundly researched. The research includes psychology, physiology, and anatomy and environment subject. The emphases and difficulties of the thesis are confirmed. Then gather and tidy the data which are needed by the design of human-machine interface based on the UG/OPEN API techniquesThird, the key techniques of the thesis are resolved, which conclude the principles of UG/OPEN API programming, creating of MenuScript files, the designing and launching to dialog with UlStyler, and setting the system parameter and environment variable needed by development on windows NT/2000 platform.Fourth, according to the work requests of this thesis and using the knowledge of analytic geometry, the math model needed by programming is created. Development steps in the Unigraphics are introduced, and each part is illuminated in detail.Finally, mechanical system integration display and control console with different size and shape are designed. The design of human-machine interface based on UG/OPEN API is proved to be in accordance with the requests of human-machine engineering.The work make progress of the design method of human-machine interface in mechanical system, and the thesis provides a effective method for the design of human-machine interface.
