垂直平面运动机构的分析与研究

【摘要】 机构设计,是人们在生产实践中提出的不可避免的要求。平面运动机构(PMM)正是由于船舶操纵性试验的实际需要而产生的一种试验设备。潜器在水中运动的稳定性和机动性,可通过对运动方程式的分析和求解来进行评估,而潜艇的运动方程式是由大量的流体动力系数组成,为研究潜器的操纵性能,必须知道作用在潜器上的这些流体动力系数。 本论文首先阐述了潜器平面运动的一般方程和水动力系数的推导过程,明确了各水动力系数与潜器的线速度、角速度和加速度之间的关系;其次,对哈尔滨工程大学循环水槽垂直平面运动机构(VPMM)进行了系统的分析研究,并对振荡机构进行了检验。通过参与多次试验及对实验数据的分析处理,发现了一些试验方法、试验数据处理系统等方面的问题;最后,对模型质量和转动惯量的测量方法提出了合理的方案;对测力和数据处理系统中的滤波提出了改进方案;结合哈尔滨工程大学垂直平面运动机构的特点,使用Labview重新创建了测控应用程序。
【Abstract】 Mechanism design is the unavoidable requirement in the industry practice. Planar Motion Mechanism(PMM) is such a experiment device which meets the need of the experimentation for ship maneuverability. Stability and maneuverability of submersible in the water can be evaluated by analyzing and solving the motion equations which include many hydrodynamic coefficients. So we should know these coefficients in order to research on maneuverability of submersible.The deduction process for the coefficients of fluid dynamics is proposed followed by the planar motion equations, which clarify the relationship between these coefficients and linear velocity、 angular velocity and acceleration. Then a systemic analysis and research is made for the vertical planar motion mechanism(VPMM) which is used now for the Circular turnal in Harbin Engineering University(HEU), also a verification for the surge mechanism is made. Some questions in the experiments and data processing are found through many experiments and analysis and processing of experiment results. An improvement is made for the measurement of force and the data filter of data processing system. Combined with the actual property of the VPMM used in HEU,a measure and control application programme is established newly with Labview.
