基于DSP的快速寻北仪
North-Seeker Based on Digital Signal Processor

【摘要】 惯性技术的历史应追溯到利用惯性原理制成仪表时开始。利用惯性原理制成仪表而又是用于导航,那要算陀螺罗经了。自1852年开始,许多科学家不断努力,研制出许多种罗经,直至今天的平台罗经。但是,罗经只能给出方位及水平基准,还不能自动定位。 快速高精度寻北仪利用惯性技术,可为精确打击武器系统提供北向基准。高精度寻北仪的应用目标就是面向陆基全自主精确寻北作业领域。原先陆基武器系统可在地下发射井、地面发射架或发射筒中进行,发射过程依赖于固定阵地的坐标和方位。可是,阵地固定较容易被对方发现,因此在实战中这种发射有一定的局限性。而快速高精度定位定向系统解决了这个问题,它不依赖于已知点的测量,可随时为武器发射系统提供准确的位置和方位信息,是无准备阵地进行机动发射的关键设备。它的出现使陆基武器发射系统具有了真正的“机动”意义。 寻北仪研制的核心工作为找北角度的结算,完成这一过程需要大量的运算,考虑到计算精度和速度,系统的中心处理单元采用DSP芯片。为了提高系统的运算精度和速度,采用定点DSP芯片TMS320VC5402进行计算和控制,以快速准确测出真北方位角。TMS320VC5402是TI公司的C54X家族的成员之一,它是基于先进的改进哈佛结构的16位定点DSP,拥有一条程序总线和三条数据总线。片内集成有一个具有高度并行性的算术逻辑单元(ALU)、专有硬件逻辑、片内存储器和片内外设等几部分。本文着重讨论基于TMS320VC5402 DSP的陀螺寻北仪在软硬件上实现系统控制,以及提高系统精度和可靠性的有关技术问题。
【Abstract】 The history of inertial technology can trace back to the beginning of making the instruments by inertial principle. The instrument made by inertia principle and used for navigation is gyrocompass. Since 1852, a lot of scientists are making great efforts constantly, develops a lot of kinds of compasses, until the platform compass of today. However, the compass can only provide the direction and horizontal reference. It can’t locate automatically yet.The fast high accuracy north-seeker, makes use of inertial technique, can provides north face basis for precision attack weapon system. The applied target of the high accuracy north-seeker is to face to continent-based whole independence precisions north-seek homework realm. At first continent-based weapon systems can proceed in underground launch silo, ground launchers or exhaust, the process depends on the battlefield’s coordinate and directions. But, the battlefield is easily discovered by the enemy, therefore in actual combat this kind of launching has its limit. But the fast high accuracy position and azimuth determining system resolved this problem, it do not depend on measuring the location-known, can provide accurate position with the directions information for weapon launching system , it is key equipments of maneuvering launching in the impromptu battlefield. It of emergence makes continent-based weapons launching system had the real" maneuvering" meaning.The developing core of North-seeker is to compute the north angle, finishing this course need a large amount of operation, considering the precision and speed, the systematic centre process unit is adopted DSP chip. In order to improve systematic operation precision and speed, adopt fixed DSP chip TMS320VC5402to calculate and control, and measuring northern direction angle corner accurately fast. TMS320VC5402 is one of the members of C54X family of TI Company, it is a 16 fixed DSP based on an advanced modified Harvard architecture that has one program memory bus and three data memory buses. This processor provides an arithmetic logic unit (ALU) with a high degree of parallelism, application-specific hardware logic, on-chip memory, and additional on-chip peripherals. This paper discusses emphatically that implementation system control of the north-seeker based on TMS320VC5402 DSP in the software and hardware, and improve the systematic precision and reliability.
