提高纸用微囊粒径均一性的研究

【摘要】 本论文对以壳聚糖为壁材,以溶于邻苯二甲酸二丁酯的结晶紫内酯为芯材制备无碳复写纸用微囊的原材料结构、分子量,及工艺条件进行了详细的探讨,根据单凝聚法制备微囊的路线和流程,确定了提高纸用微囊粒径均一性的最佳的芯壁比、乳化条件、絮凝条件、固化条件,并对成品微囊进行了应用性的对比分析。本文从乳化剂、絮凝剂、固化剂的选择、搅拌速度、反应温度、pH值等工艺条件着手,详细探讨了各种反应因素对微囊粒径大小和分布的影响程度及作用机理,并且通过正交实验确定了最佳的工艺条件。经自制复写纸与国内外其他无碳复写纸对比,本实验制得的产品在稳定性、显色速度等应用性能上都达到了国内外无碳复写纸的各项指标。在原材料结构上,通过对壳聚糖进行羧甲基化,使其具备了更好的水溶性、成膜性,讨论了壳聚糖羧甲基化后作为壁材对微囊粒径分布的影响;通过超声波降解壳聚糖,发现不同超声功率获得不同分子量的壳聚糖,考查了在进行包囊过程中不同分子量的壳聚糖对微囊粒径均一性及成膜性能的影响,并且由实验得出在功率为200W的条件下获得的微囊粒度分布最窄,粒径的均一性最好。
【Abstract】 This thesis gave a detailed discussion in material structure, molecular weight and technical conditions of the process that producing microcapsule used in carbonless copy paper. This kind of microcapsule was made by chitosan as wall, dibutyl phthalate solution of crystal videt lactone as core. According to single cogulation process, the thesis determined the best ratio of core to wall, the emulsification condition, flocculation condition and solidification condition. Also, the thesis gave a comparative analysis for applying the final microcapsule product. First, in technical conditions of the process, this thesis gave a detailed discussion in all aspects including emulsification agents, flocculation agents, solidification agents and mixing speed, reaction temperature, pH and so on. Under these different experiment conditions, it was found the influence extent and function mechanisms of various reaction factors to the microcapsule particle size and distribution, determined the best craft condition by orthogonal experiment. Finally, experimental results proved that all kinds of indexes achieved domestic and overseas standards in the application performance of stability and showing color speed and so on. In addition, chitosan showed that its water solubility, film-making ability were better than unmodified chitosan through carboxyl methylation. It was also studied that the influence of carboxyl-methylation on the size of microcapsule distribution. During the depolymerization of chitosan through superwave, it was found that different superwave power can obtain chitosan with different molecular weight. The experiments indicated that chitosan with different molecular weight impacted on homogeneity and film-making ability of microcapsule. It was finally found that the size of microcapsule under the 200W ultrasonic action had the narrowest scope and showed thebest homogeneity.
