基于LonWorks技术的小区智能化系统的研究与设计

【摘要】 智能化小区是近年来随着信息技术的发展而新兴发展起来的产业,在我国还处于初始阶段。基于此,本文在阐述智能小区的概念、组成以及我国智能小区发展现状的基础上,介绍了全分布智能控制网络技术LonWorks的主要特点,分析了智能控制网络技术应用于智能小区的可行性,提出了一种基于LonWorks技术的智能小区系统设计方案。该方案把整个智能小区作为一个LON网络,小区中的每一住户作为LON网络中的一个节点,设计开发了家庭智能控制器作为家庭节点,每个节点具有报警信息自动检测、电话自动拨号和语音报警,电表、水表、煤气表远程自动抄表及电磁门锁控制等智能化功能。在家庭智能控制器节点设计的基础上,本文进行了整个LON网络的组网,并设计了物业管理中心监控管理软件。 在LonWorks控制网络的节点设计过程中,提出了一种新颖的双CPU理论模式,该理论模式弥补了LonWorks技术中以单个Neuron芯片作为节点功能不足的缺点,通过增加另一非Neuron芯片从而构成双CPU的节点模式。 运用该理论模式,成功对家庭智能控制器进行了设计开发,使其具有了一定的创新性和实用性。

【Abstract】 Intelligent Residential Community (IRC) has become a new industy with the development of Imformation Technology (IT), which is in the primitive stage in our country at present.In this thesis, the author first discusses the concept and composition of IRC, as well as its reality in our country and then introduce the main feature of lonworks technology. finally, the author analyses the feasibility of applying lonworks technology to IRC and brings forward a designing scheme of IRC based on lonworks. In this scheme, The whole IRC is taken as a lon network, and each user terminal as a node of lon network, which has some intelligent functions, such as alarm information autodetecting, telephone auto-dialing and voice-calling, remote auto-measurement of watt-hour meter, water meter and gas meter,as well as the control of electromagnetism door. After the designing of nodes, the author organizes the whole lon network and the monitoring-and-managing software of Realestate Management Center.During the node designing of Lonworks control network, a new theory of double CPU was posed here, which has overcome the lack of single Neuron chip as the node by adding a non-Neuron chip which together with Neuron node which compose the double CPU mode.By applying the theory, Home-intelligent controller is successfully designed and developed, making the double CPU mode creative and practical.
