异地协同设计系统的开发

【摘要】 协同设计已经成为网络环境下数字化设计与制造的关键技术之一,本文对协同设计技术开展了研究。以往的协同设计系统往往采取传递模型数据的作法,但是在目前网络带宽的局限下,要想用这种方法做到用户间的实时交互非常困难,本文另辟蹊径,从Windows的消息机制入手,提出了我们系统的实现思想,并成功的完成了该系统的开发工作。本文的具体工作如下: 1.分析了当前国内外计算机支持的协同设计(CSCD)系统的现状和不足。提出了窄带环境下异地设计系统。 2.介绍并分析了Windows的消息机制,提出了系统的实现思想:利用Windows消息机制,通过截获驱动本地Pro/E系统的操作指令,封装成消息,并经过服务器传递给其他参与协同的成员,其他成员的客户端接收到消息,经解析后驱动异地的Pro/E程序作出相应的反应,其效果就像在本地对Pro/E进行操作一样。这样,就不必传递模型数据,而只要传递简化的操作命令,大大降低了网络传输量。从而实现窄带环境下Pro/E系统的异地协同设计。并且做到实时交互,达到“你见即我见(WYSIWIS)”的协同效果。 3.分析了系统开发的可行性。 4.系统分为三大模块:钩子函数模块、网络通信模块和消息处理模块。各模块的功能如下:钩子函数模块负责截获发往Pro/E的消息,消息处理模块负责接收并处理消息,网络通信模块负责将消息处理模块处理后的消息发往异地的计算机,从而实现在窄带环境下的实时交互。 5.介绍了系统的主要功能。

【Abstract】 Cooperative design has already been one of the key technologies in digital design and manufacture under network environment. Some issues on Cooperative design technology have been researched in this dissertation. The Cooperative Design system usually works by transferring the data of model, but it makes difficult for the users to communicate with others because of the limitation of the net bandwidth. We’ve found a new way to solve the problem. After we analysis the message mechanism of Windows, we got the idea to realize the system and we have finished developing work of the system successfully. The detail of what we have done in the dissertation is following:1. Analysis the actuality and deficiency of the domestic and international CSCD systems. Put forward Distributed Cooperative Design System.2. Introduce and analysis the Message Mechanism of Windows and present the realization method of the system: capture the orders that the Windows send to Pro/E system and package them a message. Then send the message to the other group members by Server. After the other computers accept the message, they analysis the message and use the message to operate the Pro/E system, just like one is operating the Pre/E system. So, we needn’ t send the date of the Pro/E model, and just send the simplified operating orders. In this way, we can reduce the transmitting amount of the network greatly. Thus realize the Distributed Cooperative Design System under narrow band environment. And the participants can communicate with each other conveniently, reach to the effect of " what you see is what I see (wysiwis)" .3. Analysis the feasibility of the system development.4. The whole system is divided into three modules: Hook function module、 message dealing-with module and net communication module. The function of every modules is following: the Hook function module captures the message which is sent to Pro/E; the message dealing-with module accepts the message and deal with them;the network communication module sends the message that is dealt with by the message dealing-with module to the computer that is at in remote zone.5.
