基于中间件理论的WES系统设计

【摘要】 本文的工作是针对目前仓储物流系统在开发方式和系统集成方式上存在周期长,维护复杂,升级困难的问题和WES系统在项目集成上的局限性,提出以WES-MOM系统为中心的仓储物流系统的改进方案。在该方案中,WES-MOM中间件负责在仓储物流系统中所有应用子系统的数据及控制信息调度和转发工作。从而使得以此为中心的仓储物流系统在项目开发和系统集成上,与以往相比有了本质的区别,在各方面的效率上将有所提高。上述工作最核心的任务就是本文研究的WES-MOM中间件系统的设计与开发。 本文重点研究:WES-MOM系统的设计以及WES-MOM部分关键技术的研究和实现。WES-MOM系统是MOM模型下的中间件系统,因此在设计思路上,和其它类型的中间件有所不同。WES-MOM系统的设计核心部分是消息传递机制的设计,而WES-MOM系统的关键技术有通用协议的技术,通信技术,数据管理等等。 本文的WES-MOM系统的关键技术研究有部分创新的思路,包括通用协议的XML解释器和消息队列的嵌入式数据库等。此外,对于通讯技术和客户端技术以及线程池技术的实际应用也有详细的阐明。

【Abstract】 The work of this paper aims at the disadavantage of the WES system and all that the Warehouse Logistics system provides with those defects, such as the too long development cycle, the complex maintenance, the difficult product upgrade, and so on. So, the amended project is submitted, which the WES-MOM system will be the core of the warehouse Logistics system. The WES-MOM system would be charge of the schedule and transmitting on control information, as well as data dealing with all sub-systems of the whole warehouse Logistics system. Then, comparing with the older, the manner in development and integration will be essentially different, and the efficiency in every side of the warehouse Logistics system will be enhanced. The main task of all is the design and devolpement of WES-MOM system, which will be study in this paper.This paper focus on the research of a system design with the WES-MOM system, and some key technology applied in the system implement. The main part of design with the WES-MOM system is how the system messages transmit. Besides, key technologies involved in the system are all-purpose protocol, communications technique, data management, and so on.Some new ideas are submitted, which foucs on the key technology, such as general protocol analytical tools using XML, and message queue resolved by embedded database. Furthermore, some discussion is given, which concern communications technique, multi-threads techmque and client technique.
