我国网络银行管理系统分析与构建

【摘要】 互联网的出现改变了银行的经营环境,自1995年10月世界上第一家网络银行-安全第一银行诞生以来,网络银行作为金融业和高技术产业结合的产物,不仅在技术手段和运作模式上,而且在经营理念和组织方式上均给传统银行带来了巨大的影响。越来越多的人已经意识到网络银行是未来银行发展的主流形式,也是我国银行业参与未来竞争的利器。随着中国加入WTO,外国银行纷纷进入中国市场并以网络银行业务作为进入中国金融市场的最大竞争优势,我国银行业发展网络银行已是刻不容缓。然而,由于我国的网络银行处于发展的初期阶段,因此在发展网络银行的过程中出现了许多问题,一定程度上影响了我国网络银行的发展。本文正是在这样的现实状况下研究了我国网络银行的管理系统。 论文首先对网络银行进行了基本阐述,一方面对我国在发展网络银行过程中所出现的种种问题进行了分析,运用了系统管理理论,集成管理理论,把这些问题进行集成,将问题归属于文化,管理制度和技术等方面。另一方面,由管理的职能导出系统的各个要素。在此基础上构建出网络银行管理系统。针对我国的实际情况,对我国网络银行管理系统的特征以及环境对系统的影响进行了研究。然后详细的分析了我国网络银行管理系统的各个要素,即环境,信用文化,营销,风险,组织运行和技术平台。最后,揭示出我国网络银行管理系统的实施需要灵活的协调机制和有效的信息反馈。希望本论文能促进网络银行的理论和实践的研究,并对我国发展网络银行有一定的指导作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Internet has changed the operating environment of the bank and promoted the appearance of internet bank which was one of the financial innovations on the condition of network economy .Since the security first network bank came into being in October 1995,as the result of finance combined with high-tech industrial , internet bank has great influence upon the traditional banking not only on the technique measures and operation methods but also on the operation ideas and organizational styles. More and more people have realize that internet bank will be the main tendency and our strong arm to participate in the competition .With china ’ s entering WTO, foreign banks have entered Chinese financial market with network bank business as their superiority. It is an urgent task for domestic banking to develop network bank. However, there are many problem in the development when the internet bank was in the stage of early day. These problem affect the future of internet bank. The paper was writed by researching the management system of domestic Internet bank.The dissertation firstly elaborated the fundamental contents of Internet bank and analysed the problem when we developed it. On one hand, the problem was integrated by using integration management system theory and management system theory and was belonged to culture, administration regulation and technique, on the other hand, the factors of system were produced from the managing function. On the base, Internet bank ’ s management system was constructed. Because of the actual situation, the dissertationresearched the feature of domestic internet bank ’ s management system and effect which environment bring bear to the system. Then, the key element of this management system was analysed detailedly, such as environment, credit, culture, marketing, risk, organization and technique . lastly, we promulgated that if the management system was implemented successful, it is necessary that the concerted mechanism agile and information feedback effectively were made.
