金川二矿区2~#矿体F17以东矿山开拓系统及采矿工艺优化

【摘要】 金川公司二矿区2#矿体F17以东矿山是金川公司在实施资源控制战略,巩固自有矿山基础性地位,加快自有矿山建设的过程中,提出并开始建设的第一个矿山。随着金川集团公司发展战略的确定和发展目标的不断提高,公司对F17以东矿山建设项目的要求越来越高,金川公司2002年生产经营计划中明确了公司对F17以东矿山建设的总体要求,即:F17以东矿山2004年底基本建成投入生产,2005年形成一定的生产能力。意味着,F17以东矿山要比原设计建设工期提前一年建成投产。 1、本文通过对原设计中的开拓系统进行优化,将原设计中用于运送材料,兼作行人的1150m中段改为主运输中段,在1150m中段增加两条100m的集中溜井,避免采场内施工和使用高位溜井(130m),采场内设脉内短溜井、脉外短溜井、脉外进风井。确定了原设计中的1050m主运输中段分前期和后期建设方案,实现了提前投产,提速建矿。将原设计动力系统中的供风、供水由46行副井安装改为从地表打一条钻孔到井下进行安装,解决了由于副井安装滞后带来的井下动力供应问题。 2、通过对原设计中的采准方案进行优化,将原设计中的上盘采准方案改为下盘采准方案,减少基建工程量6613m3,节约基建投资682万元。在主运输水平巷道均采用沿脉加穿脉的布置形式,沿脉巷道中用单线加错车道的形式取代沿脉双线布置,节省了基建工程量,缩短了基建工期。 3、通过对下向六角形高进路机械化胶结充填采矿法中六角形的形成过程进行研究,加大了首采分层的进路断面规格,改首采分层全面回采为隔一采一,提高了回采效率,加快了采场的转层,有利于矿山生产能力的提高。为矿山尽快达产创造了有利条件。 4、通过对原设计中的采场结构进行优化,利用采场充填下灰井兼作回风井,减少了采场内布置风井的数量,改善了采场的通风条件,提高了劳动效率,为提高生产能力创造条件:确保分层道及进路开口处能够接顶,减少下一分层回采时的安全隐患;减小施工难度,确保进路回采按设计要求进行施工。 5、经过对F17以东矿山矿体的赋存条件、围岩性质、矿石的硬度及其稳定性的认真分析,在确保安全生产的前提下,对原设计中的采场进路回采设计方案进行优化,减小了采准工程施工进度对采场进路回采的影响,加快了采场的形成,解决了盘区内采场均衡下降的难题,加快了矿山生产能力的提高,实现了提速建

【Abstract】 In the process of executing the strategy of controlling resource and enforcing the basic position and accelerating the construction, the east F17 mine of the 2nd mining area’ s 2* ore body of the Jinchuan company is the 1st mine that has been found and constructed. With the group’ s strategy establishment and the development target enhancing, the Jinchuan Group’ s demand for the east F17 mine’ s construction project is stricter than before. Its management plan has established the total demand for the east F17 mine in 2002. Namely the east F17 mine should be founded and used by the end of 2004. And it should have comparative productivity in 2005. It means that the east F17 mine has been constructed and used for one year when the original plan is completed.l.This article optimizes the original development system design. The 1150m level that is used to carry material and walk is working as main gangway. And in it two concentration bing hole (100m) has been constructed to avoid work in mine stope and using high-level bing hole(130m). There are short in-seam bing hole, short rockhole and rock downcast in mine stope. The 1050m main gangway’ s construction program was divided into earlier stage and later stage. So the mine is used and drawn in advanced. The installation of air supply and water supply system has been implemented in the drilling from the ground instead of in the 46th auxiliary shaft. Thus it solved many power haulage questions in down.2.This article optimizes the original solid workings system design. The hanger solid workings system design is mended to the basal part solid workings system design. So it reduced advance overburden(6613m3) and capital outlay($6820 thousand). The arrangement way adopts drift and cross-cut in the main gangway. The drift adopts single way and car pass instead of double way. So it reduced advance overburden and capital time. 3. By analyzing the process how did the hexagonal form according to the down the dip, hexagonal, high access road, mechanized and consolidated fill mining method, the access road section size in cuts has been enhancedand the over-all mining method has been changed into mining method at one access road interval. So it increased extraction ratio and accelerated rock-transformation in mine stope. And it increased the mine’ s productivity and paved the way for the mine’ s advanced production.4. This article optimizes the original mine stope construction design. The amount of airshafts have been reduced. At the same time the fill pass also works as return-air raise. Hence, it improved ventilation condition and work efficiency and productivity. The cuts and the access road entrance touch the top in the junction . So it avoided the hidden danger in next mine stope and minimized the driving difficulty. And the driving of mining can go on well.5. This article analyses the ore body’ s habitat, the surrounding strate’ s nature, the ores’ rigidity and stability carefully. This article optimizes the original mine stope access road mining method on the basis of safe working. Thus it minimized the influence on the mine stope access road mining when the solid workings is working and accelerated the mine stope’ s accomplishment and solved the question of the mine stope’ s balanced decline in the panel. At the same time it improved the mine’ s productivity. And the mine drawn in advanced.This mine’ s original capital time is 5 years. It was designed to be used by the end of 2005. The original design was optimized and the mine was used on 1, April, 2004. Moreover, the production is 200 thousand tons in 2004. The amount of Ni and Cu are respective 1820 tons and 1020 tons. It paved the way for the mine’ s designed productivity’ s 80% in 2005(namely total amount is 528 thousand tons).
