城市三维景观建模若干技术研究

【摘要】 人类进入了21世纪,以计算机科学为基础的信息技术极大地改变了人类生活的方式。数字城市的概念来源于数字地球,数字城市也是数字地球的重要组成部分。同时数字城市也是信息技术发展的必然趋势,毫无疑问,城市景观重建是数字城市的首要步骤和重要内容。以3S(GPS、GIS、RS)技术为基础,运用三维GIS技术实现城市三维景观重建,构建三维GIS系统可以广泛应用于国土资源管理、城市规划、公安、电力、电信、旅游等众多领域。 本文结合“惠州市城市三维景观建模”项目,主要对以下内容进行了研究: 1.城市三维景观模型的数据获取方式和空间地理信息的表达方式,以及城市三维景观模型的建立方法和原理。 2.运用MapBasic、MapInfo、Delphi等对三维景观模型所需的传统三维数据进行预处理工作。这其中包括DEM格式的转换,CAD数据匹配,图像纹理加工等。 3.对三维景观模型与多种高分辨率影像的选择进行了研究。 4.在IMAGIS平台上实现了试验区城市三维景观的可视化表达,并对IMAGIS三维景观建模软件中存在的问题做出了总结。 通过实践证明本文所提出的数据处理技术可以提高生产率、节约劳动成本和政府重复投资、减少人工操作无法避免的误差,大大加快了城市三维景观重建的速度。

【Abstract】 The information technology that based on computer science has greatly changed the life style of human in the 21st century .The concept of digital city comes from digital earth and digital city is an important component of digital earth. At the same time digital city is the necessary trend of information technology, undoubtedly the reconstruction of city landscape is the primary step and important content of digital city. The reconstruction of city landscape realized by the three-dimensional GIS based on 3S technology can widely used in many fields such as the management of national soil resource, urban planning, police department, power and telecommunication department, travel etc.This thesis has researched some questions as the following based on the project of "Reconstruction of City Landscape of Huizhou" :1. The way of obtain data and the expression way of the space information in reconstruction of city landscape, Introduced the method and principle i n reconstruction of city landscape.2. Deal with the traditional 2D data by use MapBasic, MapInfo & Delphi for the reconstruction of city landscape; It. included the change of DEM, the data mate of CAD and the texture process etc.3. Studied the select of some high-resolution images in modeling.4. Realized the visualization of city landscape in the test area with IMAGIS platform, concluded the problem in the software of IMAGIS. With the test it can prove that the technique put forward in this thesis can enhance its productivity, save money, reduce the errors by man that can’ t be avoid, enhance the speed of reconstruction of city landscape greatly.
