电液比例控制系统在KW线上的应用研究

【摘要】 电液比例技术填补了传统开关式液压控制技术与伺服阀控制之间的空白,已成为流体传动与控制技术中最富生命力的一个分支。因此有可能在一般工业应用中以其廉价、抗污染和节能等优势来取代伺服阀。但目前电液比例阀应用于闭环控制的系统还比较少,其设计理论还不成熟,因此对该类比例控制系统的研究,对电液比例控制技术的发展和完善具有一定的意义。 本文就是KW造型线铣浇口机Y轴移动油缸电液比例控制系统的研究为主要内容,采用位移传感器检测位移信号,与比例方向流量阀构成位置闭环控制系统;并以流体力学和控制理论为基础,建立系统的数学模型,讨论了系统的稳定性和工作精度,并对系统进行了数字仿真,使其控制精度达到实际要求。该结论表明在一般工业应用中,电液比例控制技术具有满足要求的控制精度和响应特性并且具有廉价、可靠、能耗较低的特点具有广泛的应用性。
【Abstract】 As one of the most vitality offset of hydro-liquid drive and control field, Electricity-Hydraulic proportion controls technique fills up a blank between tradition on-off hydraulic pressure control technique and servo-control technique. Because of the superiority of cheapness, stabiles, anti-pollution, low energy-cost, it is probability that Electricity-Hydraulic proportion controls technique will replace servo valve in application of the general industry. However, the present application on closed control loop system is not abroad, the design theory is still juvenility, so the study on Electricity-Hydraulic proportion controls technique is signification, it will develop and perfect this technique.This paper mostly studies the bearing board dolly and Electricity -Hydraulic proportion controls system of KW moulding plant, this system received the velocity signal from velocity sensor, the movement signal measurement loop and scale valve composed the situation closed-loop control system; At the same time, the system received velocity signal from velocity sensor, the velocity signal measurement loop and hydraulic pressure motor composed the velocity closed-loop control system, according to the theory of hydraulic mechanics and modem control, establishes the mathematics model of system, discuss the stability and working precision of system , in order to arrive at the precision of design, this paper made the digital emulation and get the conclusion which indicates Electricity-Hydraulic proportion controls technique have high control precision and respond characteristic in foundry industry application. In addition, this technique application is cheapness, stabilization and has low energy-cost. All of these properties foreshow the broad application of this technique.
