【摘要】 本文通过对跨国公司研发战略联盟实施过程的全面系统研究,解决跨国公司在组建、运行及控制协调等一系列管理实践中的策略问题,完善跨国公司研发战略联盟的理论体系,为跨国公司实施研发战略联盟的实践提供有益的指导。本文综合运用系统分析方法、定性分析与定量分析相结合的研究方法、理论研究与案例研究相结合的方法、演绎推理方法、SWOT分析法及德尔菲法等,创新性地系统研究了跨国公司实施研发战略联盟的具体策略。在概括分析跨国公司研发战略联盟的理论基础之上,提出跨国公司研发战略联盟的组建原则和合作伙伴的选择技巧,在研发联盟的运行管理中,具体分析了联盟治理结构,对成本和效益分配进行了定性和定量相结合的研究,根据研发特点提出了研发战略联盟中的人力资源管理策略,在信任的时间模型基础上指出增强联盟信任的有效途径,把跨文化管理问题作为战略联盟的一个重要软环节融入联盟管理实践中,通过研发战略联盟的风险分析方法和风险评价模型提出研发战略联盟的风险管理策略。在研究跨国公司研发战略联盟的控制、协调及评价策略基础上,通过跨国公司研发战略联盟的循环调整为跨国公司找到最佳出路。根据以上对跨国公司实施研发战略联盟的全面系统研究,在分析我国企业研发战略联盟现状的基础上,提出我国企业实施研发战略联盟的策略。最后,利用图表对跨国公司实施研发战略联盟的策略研究进行总结。更多还原

【Abstract】 This thesis resolves the strategic problems of multinational corporation in establishing, running, controlling, and harmonizing R&D strategic alliance, perfects the multinational corporation R&D strategic alliance theory system, and directs the multinational corporation’s implementation practice through the complete systematic research of multinational corporation R&D strategic alliance. This thesis integrates system analysis method, qualitative and quantitative analysis method, theory and case research method, deductive method, SWOT analysis method, and Delphi method, and makes the innovation of systematically researching the multinational corporation R&D strategic alliance implementation strategies. On the basis of completely analyzing multinational corporation R&D strategic alliance theory, the thesis brings forward the establishment principle and cooperative partner selection technique of multinational corporation R&D strategic alliance. In the alliance running management, the thesis analyzes alliance administration structure, does qualitative and quantitative research on cost and benefit allocation, puts forward the R&D strategic alliance human resource management strategy according to the R&D feature, points out the efficient approach of improving alliance trust on trust time model, adds multi-culture management into alliance management practice as an important soft part, and brings forward R&D strategic alliance risk management strategy through risk analysis method and risk evaluation model. On the research of multinational corporation R&D strategic alliance control, harmony and evaluation strategy, the thesis finds out the best way for the multinational corporation through multinational corporation R&D strategic alliance cycle adjustment. On the basis of multinational corporation R&D strategic alliance complete systematic research, after analyzing our country’s corporation R&D strategic alliance status, the thesis brings forward the R&D strategic alliance implementation strategy for the corporation in our country.
