【摘要】 加入WTO,并不意味着我们的产品出口可以免遭贸易壁垒的限制。由于技术性贸易壁垒的种种特性,使之成为发达国家争相采用的限制措施。福建省农产品出口面临技术性贸易壁垒的限制,形势相当严峻。如何更好地突破技术性贸易壁垒是一个十分关键而又十分迫切的问题。更好地突破技术性贸易壁垒不仅有利于福建省农产品出口的增长,而且有利于福建省外向型经济的发展,还有利于海峡西岸经济区的建设。本文针对福建省农产品出口遭受技术性贸易壁垒的影响进行具体分析,采用定性研究和定量研究相结合的方法,建立了指标评价体系,对技术性贸易壁垒的定性影响因素进行量化,分清了相关因素的重要程度。并成功运用博弈论方法分析了福建省农产品出口屡遭技术性贸易壁垒限制的原因。最后,从政府、企业、行业协会三个层面分别提出了相应的策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 To join in WTO, does not mean our products export can exempt from the restriction of the trade barrier .Because of all sorts of characteristics of TBT (Technical barriers to trade) ,make it become restriction that developed country falls over each other to adopt. The agricultural product export of Fujian Province is facing the restriction of TBT, the situation is quite severe . It is a very key and very urgent problem how to break through TBT better. Breaking through TBT better not merely helps agricultural products in Fujian Province to export better, and is favorable to the development of the export-oriented economy of Fujian Province , favorable to the construction of the economic zone of west bank in the straits . This text makes a concrete analysis of the influence of suffering TBT of agricultural product export of Fujian Province. This text sets up an index appraise system and quantitates the qualitative influence factor to distinguish important degree of relevant factor by means of both qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,which is to make preparation for putting forward the even more pointed tactics.Then the text uses game theory to analyse the reason why the agricultural product export of Fujian Province limited by TBT repeatly. Finally , this text puts forward the corresponding tactics from three aspects of government , enterprise , employer’s organization respectively.更多还原
