甲烷催化燃烧的应用研究

【摘要】 将E 元素引入到Ce-Zr-O 固溶体中,考察了不同E 含量和制备方法对储氧性能的影响。将性能最好的Ce-Zr-E-O 固溶体储氧材料引入到甲烷燃烧催化剂体系,考察了不同储氧材料载体量对催化剂性能的影响,在此基础上对过渡金属氧化物活性组分进行了优选。结果表明,沉淀法制备的样品,其储氧性能和比表面虽不是最好的,但热稳定性却最好,老化后表现出最佳的储氧性能和比表面。加上沉淀法操作简便,是工业化生产的最佳方法。含20% E 的储氧材料,表现出最好的热稳定性和老化后最佳的储氧性能。以m(YSZ-Al2O3):m(OSM)=1:1 的混合物为载体,浸渍12%Co3O4+3%Fe2O3+3%MnO2的活性组分,可制得活性和热稳定性都很好的催化剂,具有很强的实用性。将上述实用型催化剂涂覆到蜂窝状堇青石基体上,制得整体式催化燃烧板,在此基础上,通过优化喷嘴直径大小、支架高度与结构、催化涂层深度等关键参数和结构研制出了天然气催化燃烧炉样机,此样机与商品红外线灶及空白灶进行了对比测试,并经国家燃气具质量监督检验中心检测,具有热效率高、烟气中CO 和NOx浓度低、噪音低的特点,在灶具上实现了催化燃烧技术和预混燃烧技术的有机结合,是高效节能环保的高新技术新产品。以上述实用型催化剂体系为基础,通过优化燃烧器和换热系统结构,以及催化板厚度、催化涂层深度、风机的工作电压、热强度等关键参数开发研制出

【Abstract】 The influences of E dopant and preparation method on the Oxygen Storage Capacity (OSC) of CeO2-ZrO2 Oxygen Storage Materials (OSM) have been investigated. The effects of the OSM as a support material component have been studied, and the active catalysts of transition metal oxides such as Co3O4,Fe2O3 and MnO2 have been optimized on purpose. The results show that different preparation methods have large effect on the OSC of OSM. The fresh samples prepared by coprecipitation method haven’t the largest OSC and specific surface area, but they have the best thermal stability—after aged at high temperature, they have the largest OSC and specific surface area. Among the CeO2-ZrO2 solid solutions with different E addition, The OSM containing 20% E exhibited the best thermal stability, the highest OSC after ageing. We found that YSZ-Al2O3+OSM was a kind of good support for methane combustion catalysts. The Co-Fe-Mn/YSZ-Al2O3+OSM catalyst exhibited high catalytic activity and good thermal stability. A natural gas catalytic premixed Burner for Household Applications has been developed on the basis of such methane combustion catalyst deposited over ceramic monolith honeycomb substrate. We optimized the other important parameters such as diameter of the nozzle, height and structure of the bracket, height of the catalyst washcoat, etc. the catalytic premixed burner and the reference noncatalytic burner were comparatively tested, and inspected by China Quality Supervising And Test Center for Gas Appliances (CGAC). The results show that the catalytic domestic gas appliance have the advantages of higher thermal efficiency, lower CO or NOx emissions and lower noise. So it’s a kind of energy saving and environment friendly product with high efficiency. A natural gas catalytic premixed boiler prototype for Household Applications has been developed on the basis of such methane combustion catalyst system. We optimized the other key component such as firebox, heat-exchanger, and the other important parameters such as thickness of the ceramic board, height of the catalyst washcoat, working voltage of the fan, specific capacity, etc. The catalytic domestic gas water-heater and the reference noncatalytic gas water-heater were comparatively tested. The results show that catalytic domestic gas water-heater have the advantages of higher thermal efficiency, lower CO or NOx emissions. So it’s also a kind of energy saving and environment friendly product with high efficiency.
