【摘要】 21世纪是知识经济时代,知识成为企业重要的生产要素。为适应快速变化的外部环境和激烈的市场竞争,企业需要不断对自身做出相应的调整,这就需要管理者能够随时把握企业当前的组织结构、业务过程以及知识的状况,并随时对它们进行更新和调整。知识管理就是在这一时代背景下提出的全新理念,其目标是为了促进企业知识的获取、发展、传递和存储等,以提高企业知识资源的利用率,知识管理目前已成为国内外重要研究课题。 然而,目前我国知识管理实施过程中还存在很多问题,还需要从知识管理理论、管理工具以及实施方法上不断地完善。本文正是基于当前时代发展的要求,并结合国内企业的具体情况,围绕个人知识管理和组织知识管理理论、支持前述两者协同的分布式知识管理工具和实施方法展开研究和探讨,对我国企业在知识经济时代的发展,特别是制造企业的发展具有一定的积极意义。全文共分为七章: 第一章是全文的总体介绍部分。对知识管理的发展历史,知识管理的定义以及重要性进行了简单的介绍;结合深圳国中道集团的调查结果对我国知识管理现状做了分析;论述了全文研究工作的意义,文章的思路以及组织结构等。 第二章针对个人知识管理和组织知识管理进行了相应的研究。针对我国企业知识管理实施过程中员工缺乏认同感、隐性知识显性化困难的现状,对个人知识管理和组织知识管理进行了较深入研究。首先对个人知识和组织知识的概念及其两者的转化过程进行了阐述;对个人知识管理和组织知识管理的概念、内容、方法等进行了对比性的介绍和研究;对组织内个人知识管理和组织知识管理的划分意义进行了介绍,对两者的关系和如何在组织内做到两者的协调融合进行了了研究分析。本章为后述章节提供理论和方法支持。 第三章主要介绍了分布式知识管理系统的设计。分布式知识管理系统能够很好地支持企业内个人知识管理和组织知识管理的协同和融合。首先对分布式知识管理系统的功能模块框架进行了设计:结合知识获取、知识传递、知识利用、知识创新、知识评价、知识保护的动态循环过程,设计了具体功能模块;最后对软件系统进行了数据库和数据文件设计。 第四章描述了分布式知识管理系统的实现。首先对系统所基于的J2EE技术体系进行了介绍:其次对系统中的关键技术进行了详细阐述;最后对系统的主要功能模块的具体实现做了介绍,展示了系统的相关页面。 第五章将个人知识管理和组织知识管理协调发展的概念融入到知识管理的实施过程中,整合目前知识管理领域的许多实施策略和方法,总结了一套贯穿知识管理实施全过程的方法——EDSIEC循环。作者将知识管理实施定义为预估、定义、策略、具体实施、评价和控制等六个阶段的循环上升过程,对每个阶段的实施内容和方法进行了详尽的介绍。 第六章介绍了知识管理的具体实施和系统应用案例。结合EDSIEC循环方法,详细介绍了浙江永通集团知识管理实施现状,对今后的实施工作做了合理化建议:对分布式知识管理系统住浙江永通集团、浙江大学先进制造研究所等单位的应用做了介绍。 第七章是总结和展望。对前述章节进行了总结,对知识管理的未来进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 The 21^st century is an era of knowledge, knowledge is said to be particularly important. Knowledge and information have become the economic primary raw material and its most important outcome. Under increasingly competitive pressure, enterprises try their best to better manage their knowledge. During the last years, concept of knowledge management （KM） has gained increasing interest. The emerging field of knowledge management addresses the broad processes of locating, organizing, transferring and more efficiently using knowledge and expertise within an enterprise. An enterprise’s and its employees’ knowledge is regarded as the most important corporate capital in the arising global information society. Knowledge management therefore aims towards improving an enterprise’s ability to acquire, develop, preserve, distribute and use knowledge. .However, the research results towards knowledge management are not very perfect. According to the current implementing status in the fields of knowledge management, the author believes that knowledge management theories, knowledge management tools and the methods for implementation are three main parts to be improved for an enterprise wanting to implement knowledge management. This dissertation puts emphasis on these three parts and the content is divided into seven chapters.In the first chapter, the main contents of the whole dissertation are introduced summarily. The origin of knowledge management is described; the definition of knowledge management and its importance are discussed; the status of our country’s knowledge management implementation is introduced; the significance and structure of the dissertation are addressed.In the second chapter, the theories of knowledge management are extended. Firstly, the definition of personal knowledge management and organizational knowledge management is introduced; secondly, the theories and methods of personal knowledge management and organizational knowledge management are put forward; last, the relation of personal knowledge management and organizational knowledge management is analyzed and how to promote the cooperation of personal knowledge management and organizational knowledge management is explored.In the third chapter, distributed knowledge management system is designed. Distributed knowledge management system is good at cooperation of personal knowledge management and organizational knowledge management. Firstly, the system function framework is designed; secondly, every function module is designed and the layout is given; thirdly, database and data file design is given.更多还原
