面向PDM集成的产品信息编码管理系统及其在纺织机械企业内的应用

【摘要】 以信息化带动工业化是国家的发展战略之一。先信息合理化,后信息化是企业信息化取得成功的重要保证。产品信息编码的优化是企业信启、合理化的重要组成部分。本文的研究结合浙江省重大科技攻关项目“支持快速响应客户需求的大批量定制产品丌发平台研究及其在纺机行业中的应用”(2003C11004)以及浙江省绍兴纺机集团有限公司的实际情况展开,以产品信息编码管理系统及其与PDM系统和SML模块的集成为研究对象,研究了产品信息编码、PDM的基础理论:建立了产品信息编码管理系统的模型;以及其与PDM系统和SML模块的集成模型;对应用在纺织机械企业内的产品信息编码管理系统进行了总体设计和开发:结合企业的实际情况对产品信息编码管理系统实施过程中的问题提出了解决方案。全文的主要研究内容如下: 第一章探讨产品信息的基本概念及其具体类型,提出产品信息合理化的问题,介绍产品信息编码的基本概念,在此基础上论述了产品信息合理化过程中存在的产品信息编码主要问题。随后介绍了PDM系统及其在企业中的应用现状。最后,提出了本文的研究目标,概括了论文的研究内容,并给出了论文的总体框架。 第二章论述产品信息分类编码的理论基础。结合企业进行有效信息管理的重要平台PDM系统,研究了面向PDM集成的产品信息编码系统,而后作者提出了产品信息编码管理系统的逻辑结构层次、信息模型以及功能模型等。 第三章本章在上一章建立产品信息编码管理系统的模型,分析其各种功能的基础上,提出了其与其它应用系统集成的框架与方式。一般来说,应用系统间的集成有着不同的层次和模式。对于产品信息编码管理系统来说,选择在应用层或业务过程层次上的集成是比较合适的。而后重点研究了产品信息编码管理系统与PDM系统以及事物特性表模块SML的集成。 第四章对纺机集团的产品信息编码系统进行了现状分析,指出其存在的问题。依掘产品信息编码的理论和方法,联系纺机集团的实际情况,提出产品信息编码系统的解决方案。在此基础上,对产品信息编码管理系统进行总体设计,随
【Abstract】 It is a part of national development strategy to take advantage of information technology to pull industry to develop fast. Rationalization of data at first is an important foundation to make sure the enterprise succeeds in inducing IT systems. Meanwhile, it comprises the optimization of product information code. Based on the project "Research on the Mass Customization Product Develop Platform for Supporting Rapid Response to Quest, and Its Application in Textile Machinery Enterprise" (No. 2003C11004) and the real circumstance of Zhejiang Shaoxing Textile Machinery Group Co., Ltd, we studied the product information code management system, and its integration with PDM system: such as, the fundamental theory of product code and PDM; Modeling the product information code management system, and its integration with PDM and SML module; then, we designed and developed the Code Management System applicable for textile machinery enterprise; provided solution to the problems that come out during the product information code management system’s implementation. The details are studies as follow: Chapter 1 briefly introduced the primary concept and specified type of product information, and dealt with rationalization of product information; then the product information code concept, afterward, studied the problems of product information code during rationalization. Then, the PDM system and its application status were introduced. At last, the objective, main contents, general structure scheme of this dissertation were presented. Chapter 2 studied the theoretical base of product information classification code. Based on PDM system - the main platform of effective information management, product information code system based on PDM integration is discussed; then the information model, logic structure, and function model is defined.Chapter 3 researched the integration framework and means between production information code management system and other application systems. Generally, there are different grades and modes for integration of application systems. As for the product information code management system, it’s suitable to be integrated at the tier of application and business logic. Then, the integration between product information code management system and PDM system, SML module were researched respectively. Chapter 4 analyzed the status of product information code in Zhejiang Shaoxing Textile Machinery Group Co., Ltd, and pointed out the problems. Depending on the theory and method of product information code along with the real circumstance, the solution for product information code system is provided. Consequently, the product information code management system are designed basically, and its design method, characters, principle and routine.Chapter 5 introduced the application of product information code management system (SJ-CMS) in Zhejiang Shaoxing Textile Machinery Group. Meanwhile, the transition problem of traditional manual product coding to computer-aided coding is researched, then the solution is given.Chapter 6 is the final part of this paper, summed up the work the dissertation and presents conclusion and prospect.
