热声发动机及热声制冷机的理论与实验研究

【摘要】 热声热机是一种全新的动力机械,它没有机械运动部件,采用惰性气体为工质,具有无污染、结构简单、可靠性高、寿命长等优点。由热声发动机驱动的热声(包括脉管)制冷机,在天然气液化方面有着巨大的商业应用前景。此外,采用热声制冷机替代现有空调制冷设备的研究也取得了很大的进展。因而热声机械成为制冷界的一个研究热点。 本文回顾了热声热机的发展历史和研究现状,简要介绍了热声学的理论基础和现有的热声理论。详细介绍了改进后的扬声器驱动热声制冷机的实验装置,在该装置上以常压空气为工质进行实验获得了27℃的无负荷温降。此外还从制作加工、热声转换性能和流动阻力等几个方面,对几种常用的热声板叠进行了分析比较。 自行设计制作了一台小型行波热声发动机,对该发动机进行了初步实验,并利用热声网络模型分布参数法进行了分析。分析可知该发动机热声回热器中速度波和体积流量波之间没有达到合适的相位角,导致了发动机性能较差。最后指出了今后工作的主要方向是改进发动机,调整热声回热器中的行波相位,以期获得较好的性能。

【Abstract】 Thermoacoustic engine is absolutely a new type of engine, which is based on the thermoacoustic effect. Without any moving part and with noble gas as working fluid, it has many advantages over the traditional engines, such as simplicity, reliability, long non-maintenance operation and pollution free. Pulse-tube refrigeration driven by thermoacoustic prime has promising application in gas liquefaction. And advances have been achieved in air-condition and refrigeration with thermoacoustic refrigerator. In sum, the study of thermoacoustic engine is now in the focus of refrigeration field.After a detailed review on the history of research and recent advances on thermoacoustics, the background laws and main theories of thermoacoustics are summarized. Then the improved thermoacoustic refrigerator driven by the loudspeaker is introduced. With air at normal pressure as working fluid, a non-load temperature drop of 27°C is obtained on this refrigerator. In addition, some common stacks are compared in respects of manufacture, thermoacoustic effect and flow resistance.A small traveling thermoacoustic engine is designed and built up. We carried on primary experiments on this engine and analyze the effect of engine with thermoacoustic Network Model Method. After analysis, we learn that, in the regenerator, the phase angle between pressure and volume velocity is not proper, which leads to bad effect of the engine. The next step is to improve the engine to obtain good phase in the regenerator.
