线材高速轧机油膜轴承承载状态与仿真测试系统开发

【摘要】 针对高速轧机内部的预精轧机水平机架辊箱与精轧机160轧机辊箱油膜轴承在高速负载状态下始终存在油膜轴承工作温度偏高的问题,本文系统的阐述了利用fluent和ansys对油膜轴承润滑油的温度场以及辊轴的挠度变形进行理论建模、计算机仿真,并以仿真结果为指导,对油膜轴承的结构进行优化,以此改进油膜轴承的工作温度;同时针对油膜轴承的检测系统只有简单的温度显示,没有相关分析功能,本文以VB6.0和SQL Server 2000为开发工具,设计了一套高速轧机运行状态检测和管理系统。 论文第一章阐述了油膜轴承的发展以及国内外油膜轴承的对比状况,给出了论文的主要研究背景,并介绍了本论文的主要内容。 第二章主要建立辊轴力学数学模型,利用Ansys软件对预精轧机以及精轧机160两种型号的轧机辊轴的挠度变形进行仿真研究。 第三章主要建立油膜轴承温度数学模型,利用Fluent软件对预精轧机以及精轧机160两种型号的轧机油膜轴承的润滑油温度场进行仿真研究。 第四章仿真研究的结论,辊轴的结构改进后能保证轧机满负载全速安全的运行。 第五章介绍了线材高速轧机油膜轴承承载状态测试系统,实现在线监测、实时显示、历史查询、报警查询、报表设置、打印以及数据库管理等功能。 第六章对全文进行简要的总结,并对未来该领域的研究进行了展望。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem that operating temperature of the oil film bearing of level rack drum of advanced precise rolling mill and that of the drum of precise rolling mill 160 inside the high-speed rolling mill is always above the expected level in the case that the bearings works at high speed in load conditions, this article systematically describes the theoretical modeling and computer simulation of the temperature field of oil film bearing’s lubricant as well as the deflection of roll mandrel with Fluent and Ansys. Optimization of the structure of oil film bearing is based on the simulation result to reduce the operating temperature. At the same time, to solve the problem that the test system for oil film bearing can merely display temperature and can not perform relevant analytical function, so this article introduces a new design of test and management system of rolling mills running at high speed with VB6.0 and SQL Server 2000 as development tools.The first chapter describes the development of oil film bearing and the contrast of oil film between home and abroad, as well as introduces the main contents of the article.The second chapter concentrates on modeling mandrel and the simulation research of roll mandrel deflection of advanced precise rolling mill and precise rolling mill 160 with software Ansys.The third chapter concentrates on modeling oil film temperature and the simulation research of lubricant temperature field of advanced precise rolling mill and precise rolling mill 160 with software Fluent.The forth chapter concludes the simulation, proving that the improvement of the structure of mandrel can ensure safety of mandrels operating at high speed with full load.The fifth chapter describes the development of the test system for the loaded state of oil film bearing of wire stock high-speed rolling mill, which can perform such functions as on-line supervision, real-time display, history inquiry, alarm inquiry, report setup, print and database management and so on.The sixth chapter concludes the whole article and prospects the future research in this area.
