脉冲激光轰击法原位制备自组装sp~3纳米碳团簇及其聚合物复合材料的研究

【摘要】 采用本课题组提出的脉冲激光轰击浸于流动液相中固体靶(PLA—IT/SFL:Pulsed Laser Ablation at the Interface of FargetSubmerged in Flowing Liquid)的新方法,在不同组成的微乳液液相中成功制备并组装了sp~3纳米碳团簇,通过 TEM、UV-Vis、FT-IR、Fluorescence spectrum等方法对其形貌、结构、性质进行了表征。研究结果表明微乳液的组成对所得碳颗粒的形貌及性质有很大影响。 采用PLA-IT/SFL法成功制备了纳米碳/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的乙酸乙酯溶胶,并由此获得了相应的纳米碳-聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(C-PMMA)复合薄膜材料。用重量差法求得该复合材料中纳米碳的质量百分含量,并通过 TEM、UV-Vis、FT-IR、Fluorescencespectrum、XRD、DMTA、TG和DSC等方法对溶胶及复合薄膜材料的形貌、结构、性质进行了表征。研究结果表明纳米碳的加入对聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的材料性能有很大影响。

【Abstract】 Sp3 nano carbon clusters were successfully prepared and self-assemble in micelle by a novel method of Pulsed Laser Ablation at the Interface of Target Submerged in Flowing Liquid (PLA-IT/SFL). The sp3 nano carbon clusters were characterized in detail by TEM, UV-Vis, FT-IR, Fluorescence spectrum. All results indicated that the appearance and characterization of carbon particles were greatly affected with the composition of micelle.Sols and Composite films of nano carbon / poly(methyl methacrylate) were successfully prepared by a novel method of Pulsed Laser Ablation at the Interface of Target Submerged in Flowing Liquid (PLA-IT/SFL). The weight percentages of the nano carbon in Composite materials were calculated by a weight dispersion method. And the sols and Composite films were characterized in detail by TEM, UV-Vis, FT-IR, Fluorescence spectrum, XRD, DMTA, TG and DSC. All results indicated that the characterization of poly(methyl methacrylate) was greatly affected with the addition of nano carbon.
