【摘要】 人口老龄化已成为一个世界性问题。面对滚滚而来的白发浪潮,中国不可能像西方发达国家建立起“从摇篮到坟墓”的高福利制度。中国由于种种原因,实行的是城乡二元对立的社会保障制度。随着农村养老问题变得日益突出和紧迫,为了寻找合适的解决途径,我国政府从80年代中期开始,在一些经济发达地区探索性地建立了农村社会养老保险制度。到目前为止,农村社会养老保险已有10多年的历史。由此引发的问题是农村社会养老保险制度究竟在多大程度上得到了实施,当前农民对这一政策的态度是怎样的,参加农村社会养老保险的情况如何,影响他们参加的因素有哪些,影响的程度又是怎样,这些因素反映出农村社会养老保险推行中存在哪些问题,对这些问题如何给予妥善地解决等等。本文从社会政策研究的过程视角出发,运用社会学有关理论与方法,通过对南安市水头镇的个案考察,对以上问题进行了深入分析与探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 The old yearsization of population has become a world problem .
