【摘要】 采用文献法、调查法、比较法、统计法等研究方法,以福建 省竞技体操教练员、运动员、裁判员和部分体操专家为研究对象, 对福建省竞技体操队伍现状、制约因素和振兴对策展开研究。通 过调查,对福建省竞技体操队伍做了全面的了解,其中包括教练 员、运动员和裁判员队伍的基本情况。通过与体操强省湖南省的 比较分析,发现在运动员数量、高级教练员的数量上与湖南差距 很大;管理体制、训练体制、激励机制和竞赛制度不如湖南完善, 群众基础、体操氛围与湖南对比相差甚远。根据对专家、教练员 调查的结果,运用帕累托截集法,揭示了训练条件差、经费不足、 教练队伍数量不足且水平不够高、领导重视不够、后备力量不足 等15种制约因素,这些因素致使福建省竞技体操近年来出现了 下滑的趋势;同时提出加强教练员队伍建设、强化科学选材、加 强普及与后备力量培养工作、多渠道争取经费、重视科技支持、 优化训练条件、提高运动员文化水平、改革竞训体制、增加比赛 交流机会、建立激励机制等振兴福建体操的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on investigation, documentation, comparativeanalysis, mothematical statistics, this thesis made a systematics study on the current situation , restrict element and promoted countermeasure of the gymnastic team of Fujian province, with the instucutors , athletes referees and experts as objects of stduy. Compared with the gymnastics team of Hunan province, the author found that there are still some fall short in Fujian gymnastics team. Including the number of the athletes and instucutors, the training and management system, the encouragement and competition system , the atmosphere of gymnastics and mass basic of gymnastics, it also slow that gymnastics team in Fujian province such as the poor training condition , the short of the funds , the lack of the instucutors and the reserve athletes and so on. All these restrict elements lead the level of the gymnastics team to fall down in present years. This thesis also gave some advice on how to promote the gymnastics team of Fujian province. Including strengthen the construction of the instucutors team , enhance the training of the reserve athletes and the universalization of the gymnastics, pay more attention to optimize the training condition , to improve the cultural level of the athletes condition, to the reform of the system and to set up some effective encouragements system, and to get more chances to exchange with other gymnastics teams.更多还原
