高精度成形车刀CAD系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 成形车刀是广泛应用于各种车床及自动线加工的专用刀具,可用于加工各种回转的成形表面。传统的图解法和计算法,设计精度和效率都比较低,近年来出现的一些采取交互设计的成形车刀CAD设计系统,在一定程度上改善了刀具廓形,但仍是以直线或圆弧近似地代替曲线设计廓形,存在一定的廓形误差。基于此,作者开发了一种基于Windows XP和UG二次开发平台、以Microsoft Visual Studio. NET为开发环境的高精度、基于特征的参数化成形车刀CAD设计系统,实现了“零误差”设计精度,而且大大提高了设计效率。 通过深入研究成形车刀设计理论及UG强大的造型技术,本文提出了成形车刀廓形“零误差”截形设计方法及最小半径控制点概念,彻底消除了双曲线误差,解决了成形车刀设计的低质量问题;利用基于特征的参数化造型方法,有效地减少了修改设计的时间及成本,大大提高了成形车刀的设计效率,解决了成形车刀设计的低效率问题。 本文根据软件的需求目的,对软件的整体结构作了规划设计,确定了软件的体系结构,建立了成形车刀的模块化设计方案和自动设计编程程序流程图,使用数据库技术实现成形车刀的切削角度、结构尺寸、附加刀刃参数的标准化,使设计者摆脱了对设计手册的依赖性;采用导入燕尾槽模型的方法,大大简化了应用程序的编写;编程实现了工程图的尺寸标注功能及圆体成形车刀剖视图的建立,使成形车刀的工程图对实际生产更具有指导性,有利于成形车刀CAD设计软件的推广应用。 本文对软件进行的运行测试结果表明,软件运行稳定,设计结果准确,软件各功能模块运行准确可靠,配合协调。软件运行界面简洁美观,操作简单方便,实现了与UG系统的无缝集成,具有良好的人机交互性、可扩充性和可移植性。
【Abstract】 The formed turning tool is a special tool, which has been widely used in a variety of lathes and automatic machining assembly lines. It can be applied to cut rotating-formed surfaces. It is well known that both the design precision and the efficiency of the traditional graphic/calculating methods are low. In recent years, the mutual CAD design systems have been developed. It replaces the curves with straight lines or arcs. Though it has improved tool profiles, there are still some shape errors by the use of this method. In this thesis, feature-based parameterized design system based on UG Secondary development, Windows XP System and Microsoft Visual Studio.NET has been developed. A formed turning tool realizes zero error and high efficiency design.Through further investigations into the design theory of formed turning tools and the model technology of UG, this thesis presents the zero error intersection technique and the minimum radius control point concept, which eliminates the hyperbolic errors and solves the problem of low precision of formed turning tools completely. Also feature-based parameterized design method is put forward, which reduces the time and cost of revising effectively and has improved the design efficiency of formed turning tools greatly, also solves the problem of low efficiency completely.This thesis establishes the whole structural programming, a module plan , design flow charts of formed turning tools on the basis of requirement purpose of the software. Furthermore, cutting angle, parameters of structure dimension and additional edge of formed turning tools are designed by the use of database technique, which makes the designer get rid of the dependence on the design handbook of formed turning tools. Importing swallow tail trough model method simplifies the application program. The realization of dimension-driven function and the section view of the circular-formed turning tools by means of system programming makes the detail drawings more useful/meaningful than traditional drawings, which is propitious to the widely application of the software.The test result of the software verifies the stability of the running, the accuratedesign result of the formed turning tools. All function module of the software can run accurately and reliably, and can work harmoniously. Moreover, this system realizes the integration of UG system, good man-machine interaction, expandability and portability.
