基于光纤光栅传感网络的健康监测技术

【摘要】 本文针对结构健康监测的实际需要,结合实验室现有仪器设备,对基于光纤光栅传感网络的健康监测技术的相关内容进行了一些研究,主要体现在以下几个方面: 1.在光纤光栅布拉格方程的基础之上,分析了光纤光栅的传感特性以及温度与应变的交叉敏感问题,提出了温度补偿原理和方法;通过微位移平台拉伸实验和温度标定实验研究了光纤光栅的应变和温度传感特性。光纤光栅的中心波长与应变和温度有着很好的线性关系,11.5pm/℃和1.12pm/με的实验结果与理论分析吻合。 2.系统地进行了光纤光栅封装用胶粘试剂的对比选取实验,确定KD504、J39和快牢达为光纤光栅封装用胶,KD504为优质胶。 3.针对结构健康监测的实际需要,从封装结构、封装材料、封装工艺及优化设计等角度出发,研制开发了金属基片式应变、温度传感器,并利用材料拉伸实验和温度标定实验对其传感特性进行了实验研究,结果表明它们是性能优良的结构表面用应变和温度传感器。 4.系统地分析了FBG—IS的工作原理,揭示了其特殊的波长校准原理;利用Labview软件开发平台对系统软件进行二次开发,实现了基于Data Socket的数据网络传输与数据远程备份功能。 5.以四点简支长方形板为对象,建立了有限元理论模型和实体模型。通过计算机模拟了其中心受力下的应变分布,并利用传感网络对其在中心荷载作用下的局部应变响应进行了监测。结果表明光纤光栅能够很好地感知简支板局部的应变变化,实验值与理论值的变化趋势基本一致。

【Abstract】 This text was directed at the effective demand of the structure health monitor, combining with the existing instrument equipments of the laboratory, and some researches about the content which is related to the structure health monitor technique based on the FBG sensing network was carried on, main now below a few aspects:Firstly, based on the Bragg Square, the sensing properties and the cross sensitivity problems of FBG have been analyzed. Then, the principle and technique for temperature compensation are given when the FBG was used as a strain sensor. Finally, the FBG sensing properties have been studied by the experiments of displacement stretch and temperature calibration. The research results showed that the Bragg wavelength has a good line sexual behavior with the strain and the temperature, and the experimental results of the 11.5pm/℃ and 1.12pm/με fit together with the theories analyses.Secondly, the contrast selects by examinations experiment of glue that used to package the FBG has been processed systematically, and the results showed that KD504, J39 and kuailaoda were the packaged glue and the KD504 was high-quality glue.Thirdly, taken the need of the structure health monitor into account, the structure design, the materials selection, and the packaged techniques for packaged FBG sensors have been studied. On the basis of these researches, mental slice packaged FBG strain and temperature sensors have been developed, and Its sensing properties have been studied by using materialstretch and temperature calibration experiments respectively, as a result express that the packaged FBG sensors were excellent to monitor the structural surface strain and temperature.Fourthly, the special principle of wavelength calibration of the FBG-IS was reveled on the basis of the analyzing of the operating principle. The operating software of the FBG-IS was modified by using the Labview software development terrace, and as a result, the ability of data transmission and backup remotely based on Data Socket was realized.Fifthly, taken the rectangle flat structure as study of object, the finite element academic model of flat was established, the hypostatic model of flat was presented, and the stress distribution of flat was gained. At the same time, using the fiber Bragg grating sensing network, the local strain response of rectangle flat with bearing force was monitored. As a result express that FBG could feel the contingency variety of the part strain of the rectangle flat structure nicely, and the experimental value was in accordance with the variety trend of the theoretical value basically.
