【摘要】 小城镇作为联系城市和农村的桥梁和纽带,它的发展和壮大促进了农村经济的繁荣,加快了城镇化的进程。但是,小城镇发展过程中对资源的掠夺性开发以及粗放型的经济增长模式,也带来了大量的资源、能源、环境等问题,制约了小城镇的进一步发展。于是,改变小城镇现有的发展模式,寻求高效、稳定、持续的小城镇发展模式摆在人们面前。 循环经济作为一种科学的思想理念和先进的经济模式,其核心是充分提高资源和能源的利用效率,最大限度地减少废物排放,保护生态环境。可见,循环经济发展模式是实现我国小城镇可持续发展的必然选择。 本论文在现有的国内外循环经济理论及实践的基础上,对小城镇中适宜发展的循环经济模式进行了探索。论文通过对农业依托型、工业催生型、旅游带动型及城市辐射型四种小城镇中存在的主要问题进行分析研究,针对问题提出了四种小城镇分别适宜开展的循环经济模式,四种模式分别为围绕农业生产的循环经济发展模式、围绕特色工业园区建设的循环经济发展模式、围绕绿色旅游的循环经济发展模式及城乡一体化循环经济发展模式。通过这四种模式的建立,解决小城镇发展过程中存在的问题,促进小城镇的可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of small town promoted the flourish of rural economy and accelerated the proceeding of urbanization as the bridge of contacting between urban and rural areas. But due to superfluous exploitation to resources and extensive economy increasing mode during the development of small town, brought some issues such as resource, energy, environment etc., which restricted further development of small town. So people want to change the existing development mode and seek a high efficient, steady and sustainable development mode to realize the sustainable development of small town.As a scientific idea and advanced economic mode, major idea of circular economy is enhancing the utilizing efficiency of resource and energy, reducing pollution emissions and protecting eco-environment. It is obvious that developing circular economy is a necessary selection to realize sustainable development of small town in China.On the basis of domestic and overseas theory and practice of circular economy, fitting circular modes of small town were explored in the paper. According to the major issues of four types of small towns which are agriculture-supporting, industry midwifery, tour-driving and urban radiation, respectively brought forward four feasible modes which are circular agriculture, establishing characteristic ecological industry park, green tour and urban-rural integration.
