应用OPC技术的SCADA系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 论文对引入OPC技术的SCADA系统在燃气行业的应用进行了研究,旨在探讨目前SCADA系统现存的主要技术难点及其解决方法,及引入OPC技术的SCADA系统在企业信息系统中的地位和作用,加快OPC技术的普及,推动工业控制软件和商业管理软件的信息集成。 论文中介绍了引入OPC技术的SCADA系统的整体设计及实现方案,完整的开发并实现了SCADA系统的从站、通讯网络及控制中心的功能。解决了系统中底层控制器与采用非标准通讯协议设备进行通讯的问题;完善了采用低级通讯协议的通讯网络的功能;以微软平台的COM/DCOM技术为基础,设计实现了OPC DA Server应用程序,为工业过程控制级与企业信息管理级通讯打下了坚实的基础。 通过全面的探索及比较,文中提出对大多SCADA系统现存的比较集中的问题进行了研究,并提出解决方案,其中,论文中的大部分研究成果已经得到实际应用。

【Abstract】 The paper researchs the OPC technology applied in gas transportation SCADA system, in order to probe into the main difficulty and the way to resolving it existing in the presenting SCADA system. Also we can probe into the status and the function of OPC technology in business enterprise information system. So that we can make speed the overreach of the OPC technology and impel the information integration of the industry controls software and the business administration software.The complet block design and the come true scheme of SCADA system afer inported OPC technology was decribed in this paper. Also the function of the slave station、 communication network、 control center was been developed and carried out in this paper. So the communication problem between the bottom layer and the devece adopting nonstandard protocol was been resolved. At the same time we perfect the network communication function of low class communication protocol. With COM/DCOM technology of the platform of Microsoft, we design and realize the OPC DA Server application program. All of this is very useful to the communication between industry control and enterprise administration.This paper reseaches some existing problem in most of the SCADA system and brings forward resolving scheme. Thereinto, the most reserch findings have been applied in practical application.
