新型稀土/橡胶复合材料的制备及其防辐射性能和磁性能的研究

【摘要】 本论文中利用稀土元素的物化特性,从防辐射性能和磁性能两个方面入手,利用不同的方法制备了具有多种用途的无机、有机稀土/橡胶复合材料,较为系统的研究了这些材料的特异性能以及材料的微观结构与性能之间的关系。 在射线屏蔽性能的研究上,主要成果是:(1) 研究了稀土无机化合物复配物/NR防辐射复合材料结构与性能之间的关系,结果发现在稀土总含量一定的情况下,随着稀土复配物中Sm2O3和Gd2O3添加比例的不同,所制备的复合材料的结构与性能变化不大,原因可能是Sm和Gd之间的原子序数太近(分别是62和64)的缘故;(2) 研究了稀土有机化合物/NR防辐射材料结构与性能之间的关系,主要是合成了具有双键结构的稀土有机盐—Sm(AA)3,然后利用原位反应的原理,对其不同交联程度(以不同硫化时间来确定)的复合材料的防辐射性能进行了测试,结果发现随着Sm(AA)3用量的增加,材料的防辐射性能变好;(3) 对稀土无机化合物/NR和稀土有机化合物/NR复合材料防辐射性能进行了比较,发现由原位反应法制备的Sm(AA)3/NR复合材料的防辐射性能相对Sm2O3/NR复合材料来说有轻微的提高;(4) 研究了利用二次硫化法(低温硫磺硫化体系预交联,高温过氧化物诱导受限

【Abstract】 In this paper, we firstly utilized the physical-chemical characteristics of rare earth to prepare some inorganic and organic rare earth/rubber composites with different uses by different methods, in order to develop some value materials with shielding properties and magnetic properties. Then we studied on the relationship between these materials’ novel properties and structure in detail.On the study of shielding properties, the main success is that: (1) the relationship between shielding properties of inorganic rare earth admixture/NR composites and their structure were studied. When the total quantity of Sm2O3 and Gd2O3 admixture is invariable, the shielding properties and structure had little change with the quantity of Sm2O3 (Gd2O3) changing, because the atomic number of Sm (62) is very close to that of Gd (64); (2) The relationship between shielding properties of organic rare earth/NR composites and their structure were studied.
