PVC/木粉复合材料结构与性能研究

【摘要】 近年来,随着人民生活水平的提高,工程建筑、装饰装修蓬勃发展,同时对建筑材料提出了适用经济、美观环保的要求。传统木材尽管社会需求量仍然很大,但是由于森林资源的日益匮乏、以及木材自身存在的缺点,使用上受到很大的限制。而新型的木塑复合材料可利用废旧木质纤维,同时结合了木材与化学建材的优点,在建筑行业中受到极大的重视。 PVC/木粉复合材料由于PVC基体优良的机械性能和可着色性而备受人们的青睐,但是该体系界面亲和性、填料分散性和加工流动性都较差,降低了复合材料的力学性能和加工性能。本文针对上述问题,从工业化生产的角度,对PVC/木粉复合材料的加工工艺和重要的加工助剂进行了深入研究,主要结论如下: 在PVC/木粉复合材料的双辊混炼加工过程中,添加木粉填料使材料的力学性能和加工性能变差;但是在木粉填充量20份以内,双辊的二次混合工艺和双螺杆加工下木纤维有增强作用;木粉的表面处理工艺有利于复合材料力学性能的提高和流变性能的改善;双螺杆混炼比双辊、单螺杆所得复合材料可得到最高的力学性能和流变性能,并可实现木粉60份的高填充量。
【Abstract】 In recent years, the demand of ornamental materials of wood was sharply increasing with improvement of living level and housing. But the consumption of wood was restricted for the lack of forest resource. It was a hot subject in the field of material science to develop a new kind of ornamental material to replace the wood. Much attention was paid on thermoplastics filled with plant-fibers to produce wood-like plastics.In this paper, Poly (Vinyl chloride) resin and wood flour which was made of waste materials from wood processing factories were selected to synthesize wood-like ornamental plastics on the basis of the principle of polymer filling and modification through the technique of compound mixing. And effect of processing techniques and some important processing aids on properties of PVC/wood-flour composite were studied.Mechanical properties and rheological behavior of composites filled with wood-flour by two-roller mill reduced.
