生远志、甘草制远志炮制工艺及质量标准规范化研究

【摘要】 远志为常用中药,在临床上主要使用生远志、甘草制远志和蜜炙远志三种炮制品,其炮制方法各地不一。本论文对生远志饮片、甘草制远志饮片的炮制工艺及质量标准进行规范化研究,并初步探讨了远志的炮制机理。 首先,对远志炮制的历史沿革进行了系统整理,探讨了远志炮制的发展轨迹、特点和古人炮制的原始意图,总结以往的炮制经验和临床体会,为开展远志炮制工艺和质量标准规范化研究奠定基础。并对远志炮制的现代研究进行了综述,为开展远志炮制机理研究提供有益的借鉴。 首次对生远志饮片炮制工艺进行了规范化研究。生远志炮制主要包括水洗、切段、干燥三个过程,但其具体炮制工艺及关键工艺参数均未见报道。本文以远志总皂苷含量、醇溶性浸出物为指标,结合含水量和酸不溶性灰分,对生远志水洗、切段、干燥过程中洗涤次数、加水量、洗涤时间、切段长度、干燥温度、干燥时间、堆积厚度等因素进行了考察,结果以3倍量水洗3次,每次2分钟,切成0.8cm远志段,70℃干燥7小时,厚度1cm为宜。经3批中试验证,说明工艺合理、可行,能适应大生产的要求。 首次对甘草制远志饮片炮制工艺进行了规范化研究。甘草制远志炮制工艺主要包括辅料甘草煎煮工艺,远志甘草煎煮工艺等过程。其炮制工艺(含辅料甘草)及关键工艺参数亦未见报道。本文以甘草酸更多还原

【Abstract】 Yuanzhi,a traditional Chinese medicine in common use, is used mostly in the form of Shenyuanzhi, Gancao processed and honey processed in clinic. In this thesis we research on the processing technology and quality standard of processing technology and quality standard of Shenyuanzhi and Gancao processed Yuanzhi.Firstly systematize the developing , character and the original purpose of its processing. By summarizing the past processing and clinic experiences we setup the basis of the research on processing technology and quality standard of Shenyuanzhi, and summarize the preparing research in modern times, thus to make the mechanism study easier.For the first time the processing technology of Shenyuanzhi decoction in a standard method was studied. The processing mainly contains wash, cut and dry, but neither the detailed technology nor key index has been reported. Taked the saponin total content and ethanol-soluble extract as the index, combining with the moisture content and the acid-insoluble ash, observe the washing degree, the amount of water , washing time , length of the pieces , drying temperature , time and thickness of the accumulation, the most advantage process is that: 3 times amount of water washing for 3 times , 2 minutes for each time, cutting to pieces of 0.8cm, drying for 7 hours under 70℃ and a 1cm accumulation. We take 3 time of pilotscale experiment and the result shows the technology suitable for manufacture.For the first time the preparing technology of Gancao processed Yuanzhi decoction in a standard method. The processing technology contains the decoction of the Gancao and treated Yuanzhi. The detailed technology and key index are not reported.
