复方淫羊藿口服液抗衰老药效学研究

【摘要】 本课题在总结古今中医学和现代医学对衰老认识的基础上,结合现代医学关于衰老机理研究,对具有补肾固本,益气填精的复方淫羊藿口服液进行抗衰老的药效学实验研究,以期通过较为系统的科研设计,利用现代科学技术与方法,将中医药与现代科学技术紧密结合。实验检测指标包括:老龄小鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性;老龄小鼠血清丙二醛MDA的含量;D-半乳糖衰老大鼠大脑脂褐质(LPF)含量;D-半乳糖衰老大鼠血清和脑组织SOD活性;D-半乳糖衰老大鼠血清和脑组织谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)含量;D-半乳糖衰老大鼠血清单胺氧化酶(MAO)含量;小鼠网状内皮系统的吞噬功能;小鼠溶血素抗体的生成;小鼠免疫器官的重量;小鼠抗疲劳、抗缺氧能力等。结论:复方淫羊藿口服液抗衰老作用与提高血清SOD和GSH-Px的活性,抑制血清中MAO的活性,增强对自由基的清除能力;降低血中MDA和脂褐质的含量,减少脂褐质的蜡样质的形成与沉积;提高非特异性免疫功能,使小鼠RES吞噬功能增强;增强体液免疫,使小鼠溶血素抗体含量升高;使免疫器官胸腺、脾脏增重;提高抗疲劳、抗缺氧能力等诸多因素有关,为复方淫羊藿口服液的广泛应用提供了科学的实验依据。

【Abstract】 Background and purpose: To acquire the anti-ageing phannacodynamical results of herbal composition of aceranthus sagittatus S.et Z.Methods: Summarizing the study base and background material, including Traditional Chinese Medicine theory and modern medicine about ageing mechanism; combining TCM and modern technology to perform the experimental designing systematically, the experimental observation content include: serum superoxide dismutases (SOD) activity of elder mice, malondialdehyde (MDA) content, lipofuscin and SOD activity of ageing rats brain and serum induced by D- galactosyl; glutathion peroxidase (GSH-Px); serum-monoamine oxidase (MAO); englobement function of endothelial system; erythrocytolysin antibody generation of mice; immune organ weight of mice; anti-fatigue and counter-hypoxia ability of ageing mice.Results and conclusions: The herbal composition of aceranthus sagittatus S.et Z. has anti-aging effect which is related to such mechanism as follows: enhancing the SOD and GSH-Px activity, inhibiting the MAO, improving the capability of free radical scavenging, decreasing the MDA and lipofuscin level, as well as the formation and deposition of lipofuscin ceroid; increasing nonspecific immunity function, so enhancing the ability of englobement of reticuloendothelial system; increasing the humoral immunity, as a result, increasing the level of erythrocytolysin antibody; such immune organs as thoracic gland and spleen weight increasing; All above experimental index might be related to anti-fatigue and counter-hypoxia ability of the herbal composition of aceranthus sagittatus S.et Z. These results improve the scientific experimental background for the herbal composition of aceranthus sagittatus S.et Z, which can be widespread clinical application in the future.
