溶精胶囊治疗湿热瘀阻精窍型精液迟缓液化症62例临床研究

【摘要】 目的:研究和观察中药复方溶精胶囊治疗精液迟缓液化症的疗效。 方法:分别用溶精胶囊(治疗组32例),VitC(对照组30例)治疗精液迟缓液化症,疗程均为1个月,比较两组治疗前后的临床症状、精液常规、精浆尿激酶、前列腺特异性抗原水平等,从而观察溶精胶囊的治疗效果。 结果:总有效率治疗组为68.7%,对照组为26.6%。治疗组治疗后除了前列腺液卵磷脂数目、精液量、精子密度无明显改善外,在临床症状、前列腺液白细胞数目、精子畸形率、精子活力、精子活率、精浆尿激酶、前列腺特异性抗原活性等方面均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01);对照组各项指标治疗前后比较无明显差异。 结论:治疗药物溶精胶囊具有显著促进精液液化,缓解临床症状,改善精子畸形率、精子活力、精子活率及精浆尿激酶、前列腺特异性抗原活性等的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose : To observe and study the efffect of Chinese Herb composition (named by Rongjing Capsule) in treating seminal delayed liquefaction (SDL) .Methods : Using Rongjing Capsule to treat 32 patients with seminal delayed liquefation(SDL) and controlled by 30 patients treated with Vitmain C, the therapeutic course was 1 month for both groups, changes of clinical symptoms, semen volume, the rate of abnormal morphological sperms, sperm concerntration, sperm viability, soperm motility, urokinase activity and PSA activity were observed and compared.Results: The total effective rate in the treat group was 68. 7% while in the control group 26. 6%. The symptoms and the other data observed in the treat group all significantly improved after treatment (P<0. 05 or P<0.01), but in the control group , no data observed is significantly improved (P>0. 05).Conclusions: Rongjing Capsul has the effects of relieving the symptoms and improving the other data observed.更多还原
