【摘要】 卵巢癌是妇科常见的恶性肿瘤,目前对于卵巢癌公认的治疗手段是卵巢癌肿瘤细胞减灭术配合化疗,但由于化疗药物对癌细胞的选择性差,对癌及正常细胞均有毒性作用,由此带来了一系列的毒副反应,主要表现为胃肠消化功能障碍、骨髓抑制、肝功能损害、神经毒性反应等,使病人难以耐受甚至被迫中断治疗。扶正消瘤汤是导师以扶正培本为治疗大法,具体以健脾益肾、益气养阴为治则,又根据气血阴阳之偏衰,加以补气、养血、滋阴、温阳之法。治疗卵巢癌术后化疗毒副反应,临床上取得了较好的疗效。本文对44例卵巢癌术后化疗患者进行了临床观察,其中观察组24例,给予中药配合化疗,对照组20例,给予单纯化疗。结果表明扶正消瘤汤具有保护骨髓、改善免疫功能、减轻化疗的毒副反应,提高患者的生存质量,保证化疗的顺利完成,减轻术后复发,具有减毒增效作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The mortality rate of ovarian cancer ranks first in gynecologic malignant cancer. At present , the generally accepted treatment is through ovarian cancer cytoreductive surgery and chemotherapy. But the chemotherapy medicine has its toxicant function to the cancer and normal cell, it brings a series of poisonous side effect, shown as the gastrointestinal side effect , the bone marrow depression, liver function damaging and the reacting with neural toxicity , etc. These make the patients give up going on treating. In order to probe the mechanism and clinical effect of FuZhengXiaoLiu decoction to this disease, there are 24 cases as the observed group and 20 cases as the control group. The patients of observed group accept chemotherapy combined with FuZhengXiaoLiu decoction , the others only accept chemotherapy. After treatment of 30 days, the results is as follows: FuZhengXiaoLiu decoction can protect bone marnows and improve the immune function. It can relieve the poisonous side effect of chemotherapy and improve the patients, existence quality,and reduce the recurring rate contributing to the smooth finishing of chemotherapy.更多还原
