【摘要】 中医所谓的神志病是现代常见多发病,与现代医学中的神经症、更年期综合征等相类似,其发病率正呈逐年上升的趋势,严重影响人们的生活质量。本课题主要探讨用于治疗神志病的验方由汤剂改为胶囊剂—心脑宁胶囊的药学研究。 在制备工艺研究中主要分为三部分:桂枝挥发油的提取及包合研究;乙醇提取工艺的研究;水提工艺的研究。在桂枝挥发油包合的研究中主要对现有文献报道的最佳包合方法进行了验证;醇提及水提工艺的研究主要通过正交试验法筛选最佳提取工艺,其中醇提工艺又分为两部分且分别以黄芩苷、柴胡皂苷A为考察指标,水提工艺以甘草酸、浸出物为考察指标进行综合评分。 在质量标准的研究中:对以原粉入药的珍珠母进行了显微鉴别,对黄芩、大黄、甘草、酸枣仁进行了薄层定性鉴别;含量测定中选用方中主药柴胡的主要有效成分柴胡皂苷A为评价指标,测得回收率为97.26%,含量不低于0.7903mg·g^-1;通过初步稳定性试验证明工艺合理可行,质量基本稳定,质量标准可控。更多还原

【Abstract】 The mental disorder disease is a kind of modern epidemic and multiple diseases, similar to the neurosis and the climacteric melancholia. The morbidity is growing and has the severe impact on the life quality of the average people. This subject includes the preparation and quality standard of XinNaoNing capsule on the mental disorder disease.During the studies of the preparation, there are mainly three parts involving studies on extraction and inclusion of volatile oil from cinnamomi, studies on alcohol extraction and water extraction by the orthogonal test. The method of oil inclusion reported by current documents is proved.In the researches of quality standard , Concha Margaritifera Usta has been determined; Glycyrrhiza, Scutellaria, Rheum and Ziziphus have been tested to exist by TLC. The determination result of Saikosaponin A in the capsule is 0.7903mg · g^-1. The stability of the capsule character has proved the primary stability research.更多还原
