【摘要】 ISO9000是国际标准化组织耗时10年而制订出来的全世界第一套也是目前唯一的一套关于质量管理的国际标准,它集中了各国质量管理专家和众多成功企业的经验,蕴涵了质量管理的精华。到目前为止,全球已经有超过50万家企业通过了ISO9000认证,中国约有2万家企业迈入了ISO9000认证的殿堂,近几年ISO9000族标准还被成功的应用于学校,政府、服务业等部门,ISO9000族标准在全球发挥了巨大的作用。ISO9000族标准适用于各行各业,也适用于教育,学校进行ISO9000族标准质量体系认证在国际上已有许多,在我国目前主要在竞争较为激烈的学校中应用。随着时代的发展,学生对高校选择的自由化的前进以及就业压力的影响,高校的竞争必然会越来越激烈,要想在竞争中立于不败之地,必须采取先进的管理模式,ISO9000族标准是目前非常有效地的一种管理模式。 高校计算机机房是学校培养、锻炼学生的一个重要实习场所。有效的进行机房管理是为了最大限度的发挥机房的使用功效,延长计算机的使用寿命,同时保证计算机安全运行,维持正常的教学秩序,但高校机房的管理却是一个公认的难题。实施ISO9000族标准对传统管理方式是一个新的超越,也是向旧传统观念的挑战,他借助外部质量审核和内在的控制机制,克服传统方式中人为因素过多、易流于形式的缺点,形成一种全新的质量管理运行平台。把2000版ISO9000族标准的持续改进管理思想引入大学学员机房的管理,能够实现预防、监督和自我改进三大科学机制,使实验室管理全过程在有效的监督机制下进行,是实现机房管理质量不断上升的一个有效途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 ISO 9000 is that the first set of whole world which ISO (International Standardization Organization) makes out in 10 years consuming time is even an only set of international standard about strict quality control at present, It has concentrated strict quality control of various countries expert and experience of numerous successful enterprises, Contain the quintessence of strict quality control. Up till now, over 500,000 enterprises have passed ISO 9000 authentication in the whole world, Nearly there are palaces where 20,000 enterprises marched toward ISO 9000 authentication in China, ISO 9000 clan standard is still applied to the school by the successful one in recent years, Departments, such as the government, service trade, etc., ISO 9000 clan standard has played a enormous role on the whole world. ISO No. 9000 suitable for all trades and professions, it suitable for and educate too especially 2000 an edition of standards meet wider surface. The school carried on the system authentication of standard quality of the ISO9000 clan already there are many in the world, in the application in the comparatively fierce school of the competition mainly at present of our country. With the development of times, the influence of advancing and pressure on employment of liberalization which students choose to the university, the competition of the university will be fiercer and fiercer, want to establish in an unassailable position in the competition , must adopt the advanced management mode , ISO9000 clan’ s standard is a kind of management mode very effectively at present.
