基于虚拟样机的复杂产品开发过程管理技术研究

【摘要】 近几年来,随着市场的快速变化、竞争的愈加激烈和技术的不断更新,产品愈加复杂化,新产品开发的难度也在不断加大,尤其过程管理要求有更大的灵活性和更快的响应。在这种背景下,传统的产品开发方法显得周期过长、成本过高、而且效率低下,已经很难适应企业当前的生存需要。这些因素都推动了虚拟样机技术在产品开发过程中的应用,并使其过程管理成为研究的重要内容。 本文以863/CIMS项目“基于协同设计与并行工程的复杂产品虚拟样机技术研究”和国家自然科学基金项目“虚拟样机环境下复杂产品多领域协同建模方法研究”为背景,根据企业在产品开发过程中实施虚拟样机的实际需求,在全面研究虚拟样机技术的基础上,重点对过程建模进行了研究,并开发了相应的软件支撑环境,给出了应用实例。 本文在分析了虚拟样机、过程管理、项目管理、工作流管理、PDM等相关领域发展现状的基础上,从产品开发模式的演变中总结了基于虚拟样机的复杂产品开发过程的特点,根据过程工程理论,提出了一种基于信息流的多视图的、图形语义并用的过程建模方法,并对其进行了详细描述;集成了项目管理和工作流管理,建立了基于虚拟样机的产品开发过程管理系统,包括项目管理、工作流管理、人员管理、工作平台等内容,实现了过程静态动态建模、过程动态执行监控、团队角色分配等功能。
【Abstract】 In recent years with the rapid pace of market, more violent competition and updated technology, products become more and more complex, new product development becomes more difficult, especially process management calls for more flexibility and faster response. Under this background, to traditional product development method, period seems too long, cost seems too high, and efficiency seems too low, so traditional development method can be very difficult to adapt survival demand of enterprise. These factors promote the application of virtual prototyping technology in product development process and make process management the important issue of research.This article bases on the CIMS/863 program "Complex Product VP Study Based on Collaborative Design and Concurrent Engineering" and NFSC program "Research on Multidisciplinary Modeling for Complex Product in Virtual Prototype Environment". According to the actual demand of implementing virtual prototype in product development process, process modeling is studied on emphasis and corresponding supporting software is developed on the basis of full study of virtual prototyping technology, finally an application demonstration is given.On the base of analysis of virtual prototype, process management, project management, workflow management, PDM, etc, the characters of complex product development process based on virtual prototype are summed up from the evolvements of product development modes; According to process engineering theories, a process modeling method which is multi-view, both graphic and semantic is presented and expatiated; Project management and workflow management are integrated, product development process system based on virtual prototype is established, including project management, workflow management, person management, work platform etc. The functions of process static modeling, dramatic modeling, process dramatic executing and monitor, teamwork and role assigning are realized.
