【摘要】 随着科技中介在我国经济发展中的作用和地位日益突出以及科技产业集聚现象的日渐普遍,对两者的互动发展趋势和发展战略的研究呼声也越来越高。从发达国家的经验来看,在以建立科技产业集聚为基础的科技产业结构优化调整过程中,科技中介将成为一股不可忽视的中坚力量,而科技中介自身的发展也要依赖于科技产业集聚为其提供的广阔空间,因此,两者间的互动合作既是一种趋势,也是推动它们共同发展的最好动力。 本文正是从这一现实出发,以青岛市建立可持续发展的产业结构体系的最新战略为契机,在分析我国科技中介和科技产业集聚发展的历程和现状的基础上,将研究重点放在对两者互动关系的量化分析上,引入综合评价和典型相关分析两套方法,准确定位两者互动作用的对接点和关键互动因素,为战略对策的提出提供依据。 本文的具体内容包括: 1、绪论——介绍科技中介与科技产业集聚在国内外的发展情况和研究动态,通过剖析现实发展与理论研究中存在的问题,点明本文的选题依据和研究意义。另外,该部分还简要介绍了各章节的内容和逻辑关系以及使用的研究方法,使文章结构一目了然。 2、互动作用的定性研究——介绍和分析了关于科技中介与科技产业集聚的基本理论,从定性角度剖析、理解两者的互动作用机制,为后面的量化研究奠定基础。 3、互动作用量化研究的基础——介绍笔者对互动作用进行量化研究的想法来源和整体思路,以及对支持量化分析的理论、方法的可操作性进行验证,证实了本文核心研究部分的合理性、科学性与可行性,为研究的进一步展开提供了支持,奠定了基础。 4、互动作用的量化研究——这是全文的核心部分,该部分结合利用综合评价与典型相关分析两套方法,来计算科技中介与科技产业集聚之间的互动作用程度,寻找关键作用因素,定位互动作用的对接点。 5、实证研究——该部分测算出青岛市科技中介与科技产业集聚的互动作用程度,定位出关键的互动因素,并根据量化分析的结论,提出推动青岛市科技中介与科技产业集聚互动发展的对策建议。这部分既是对理论方法正确性的验证,也是对理论研究现实价值的体现。 6、结束语——总结全文要点,归纳本文创新之处,进一步探索未来的研究方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the effect and status of the S&T intermediate being increasingly outstanding, as well as the phenomenon of the S&T industrial agglomeration being increasingly prevalent in China, we call intensively for research on the developmental trend and strategy of their interaction. According to the experiences of developed countries, S&T intermediate will become a nucleus power in the course of adjusting and optimizing the S&T industrial structure, which is based on establishing the S&T industrial agglomeration. However, the development of the S&T intermediate also depends on the wide space supplied by the S&T industrial agglomeration. Therefore, the interactional cooperation between the S&T intermediate and the S&T industrial agglomeration is a trend as well as the best impetus to impel them.From this realistic point, the thesis catches hold of the latest strategy of Qingdao that the city will establish continuably developmental industrial structural system. The thesis puts emphasis upon the quantitative analysis of interactional relation between the two systems, after studying the developmental course and actuality of the S&T intermediate and the S&T industrial agglomerationin China. The thesis introduces two methods-comprehensive evaluation andcanonical correlation analysis, and truly finds the key interactional joints and factors, which supplies the gist of making politic measures.The contents of this thesis are as follows:1 Exordium-This part introduces the developmental circs and researchtrends of the S&T intermediate and the S&T industrial agglomeration at home and overseas. It points out the selective gist and the research significance through taking apart the problems consisting in the realistic development and academic study.
