基于Web Services的供应链管理系统的研究

【摘要】 供应链管理就是通过对组成供应链的各组织之间的信息流、物流和资金流的有效管理,来获取最大的供应链全局盈利。要达到这一目标,供应链上的各个组织之间必须充分沟通和共享相关信息(如库存、销售、顾客、运输信息等),利用电子手段高效传递商业数据。在供应链的三种流之中,信息流是流动最频繁,对市场反应最灵敏的,并且信息流直接影响和指导物流和资金流的流动,是供应链决策的主要依据。但是由于供应链横跨供应商、制造商、分销商、最终客户等多个实体,各种信息数据分布在各个企业中,再加上以往信息技术方面的限制,目前的供应链管理系统还不能做到供应链全局上的信息共享。这样就造成供应链中的企业在做出自己的决策时,不能充分了解到自己的合作伙伴的信息,这样在供应链的管理和决策中就会出现问题。采用DCOM、CORBA等分布式技术的系统可以一定程度上解决各企业间的信息交互,但仍存在一些问题。Web Services技术的出现,为彻底解决信息共享提供了可能,它在Internet/Intranet上使用标准的XML协议和信息格式进行交互,使得其具有跨平台、各服务之间松散耦合的特点。本文针对采用原来的分布式技术构建的系统存在的问题,基于Web Services技术,提出一个新的解决方案,重新规划设计供应链管理系统框架模型,全文将围绕以下内容展开: 1. 基于Web Services的供应链管理系统框架模型研究提出一个新的基于Web Services的供应链管理系统模型,研究该系统中各服务组件功能划分、接口设计、数据类型定义。2. 供应链商业伙伴的描述、发布和发现研究基于UDDI,研究模型中各Web服务的注册、查找和调用。利用WSDL可机器识别的特性对Web服务接口和调用规范进行定义和描述。3.基于WSFL的供应链商业流程集成研究通过使用Web服务工作流技术规范(WSFL)来集成模型中已经存在的由原材料供应商、产品制造商、代理商等所提供的不同的Web服务,将这些服务按照实际的商业流程顺序聚集在一个流程模型中,使之相互操作,相互交互数据,共同实现一个完整的商业流程。
【Abstract】 Supply Chain Management(SCM) is to gain the most maximal whole profits by efficiently managing the information flow, product flow and fund flow those flow through parts of the Supply Chain. In order to reach the target ,the organizes in the Supply Chain must sufficiently communicate and share the information(such as inventory, sales, customs, transport).In three flows, information flow flows the most frequently, and the most sensitively responses to market, and it affects the flow of product and fund, and it is the main basis of Supply Chain decision-making. But because Supply Chain relates to many entities and information distributes at many enterprises and ancient technology has some limits, actual Supply Chain management system (SCMS) can’t globally share information. Thus when enterprises in Supply Chain make decisions they can’t fully realize their copartners’capacity , inventory on hand and customs’requests and so on. Because of these factors, Supply Chain can’t run fluently and gain the most profitability. Though electronic business system based on DCOM, CORBA and so on can partly solve the problems on interaction of information among enterprises, some problems remain. With the development of Web Services, it is probable to solve these questions completely. Web Services interact on Internet/Intranet using standard XML protocol and information format, and it has the independence of platform and language. In this dissertation, basing on technology of Web Services ,I’ll reform the Supply Chain management system . The research outspreads as follows: 1. The research on SCMS framework based on Web Service I’ll bring forward a new implementation framework of SCMS based on Web Services. Function component partition, interface design, data type definition are researched. 2. Research on description, publishing and finding of Supply Chain business partner I’ll research web services’register, publish, finding, calling based on UDDI. Using WSDL’s trait of machine identification ,I’ll define and descript the web service’s interface and calling specification in order to assmble them after finding services. We can recompose the Supply Chain according to the mark’s demand and don’t have to greatly modify ancient system. 3. Research on Supply Chain business procedure based on WSFL I’ll integrate the web services provided by supplier, manufacture and agent using Web Services Work Flow specification.
