通信基站监控系统的研制

【摘要】 随着中国无线通信用户数量的增加,通信基站的负载和数量也相应的增加,为了保证通信的质量,降低通信基站的维护成本,就需要有能够实时获取分布于各地的通信基站的信息的无人监控系统。 基于GSM网络的SMS(short message service)短消息业务系统以其低廉的使用成本,稳定可靠的性能,广阔的应用区域为开发无线数据业务提供了一个非常理想的平台。论文研究了基于GSM SMS业务开发的集通讯基站维护、基站状态查询和监控于一体的信息系统方案。监控中心和监控终端共同组成整套监控系统,并且可以在无人干预下正常运行。当基站出现异常情况,监控终端将自动将异常信息通过短消息的方式发送到主机端的监控中心,再由监控中心从监控信息数据库提取出该异常基站的维修人员手机号码,并发送基站的异常信息到该维护人员手机上,最后由该维护人员负责现场的故障排除和检修。 论文主要介绍了基于GSM网络的SMS短消息协议,三相市电信息采集技术以及与设备之间的接口。着重论述了系统的软、硬件原理及开发调试、测试过程和技术要点。论文包括以下几个主要部分: 1.基于GSM网络的SMS短消息 2.AT命令技术 3.监控终端硬件实现原理及接口电路设计 GSM模块外围电路及接口技术 三相市电电压值和频率值监控 单总线组网温度采集技术 SA9904B电能信息采集电路及SPI接口技术 空调开关控制 4.基于RTX51 Tiny实时操作系统的的嵌入式固件程序设计 5.Windows平台下的通讯模块底层驱动动态链接库的设计
【Abstract】 Now aday, with the increment of communication consumer in china, the load and numbers of communication bases would be increases too.As for guaranteeing the quality of commumication and reducing the maintaining cost, A self-service monitoring system that could obtain the running information of distributed communication bases in timely should be needed.As the lower running cost and more steady function,SMS(short message service) based on GSM networks provide us a ideal platform to develop the mobile commerce.This papers research the information system project integrate the communication base maintenance,communication base status query and supervisor together.Monitoring centor and Monitoring terminator combined to the monitoring system,this system could run without artificial intervention,once some base occur exception or fault,monitoring terminator would automaticly upload the exception information to monitoring centor by short message, when monitoring centor receive this short message would extract the cell phone number of the maintenance man seeing to this communication,and send the exception information to this maintenance man by short message,at last this maintenance man would arrive the spot to solve the problem.This papers mainly described SMS protocol based on GSM networks, three phases AC power information acquisition technology,and the interface between all devices.This papers include the following several parts:
