【摘要】 本文对制造企业的生产外围环节——供销存(采购、销售、库存)进行了综合分析,对目前主流先进制造模式——供应链管理、企业资源规划、精益生产等进行了研究和比较。 在此基础上,提出了基于主动性思想的制造企业供销存管理模式:以“提高工作主动性”为中心,引入企业资源规划理念对企业的现有资源进行整合,引入客户关系管理和供应商关系管理扩展企业的管理范围,充分挖掘库存信息对生产过程进行过程监控,建立工作提醒和异常预警机制,建立绩效评估体系提高员工积极性。 在软件实现方面,采用面向对象方法对系统的层次结构进行分析,根据模块化的思想把系统划分为显示层、数据层、业务层和存储层,各层之间采用统一接口进行数据交换,从而保证了系统的稳定性与扩展性。 在数据组织和存储方面,应用企业级数据库Microsoft SQL Server 2000作为数据平台构建系统数据库,采用面向对象的编程语言对系统进行开发,采用ADO/OLEDB技术进行数据访问。 基于主动性思想,编程实现了供销存管理信息系统,并将该系统应用于大重集团第三制造事业部的生产实际中,解决了企业供销存部门管理混乱、缺少沟通、效率低下等问题,显著提高了企业供销存部门的管理水平,验证了基于主动性思想管理模式的先进性和有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Supply-Marketing-Inventory , as the periphery of the production activity in manufacture enterprise, is analyzed in this paper ,and production management theories such as Supply Chain Management(SCM), Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) and Lean Production(LP) are also researched and compared.A new pattern of Supply-Marketing-Inventory is built up emphasized on "ActiVe-work" ,in which ERP is imported to integrate the resources of the enterprise .Customer Relationship Management(CRM) and Supplier Relationship Management(SRM) is imported to expand the scope of management, the information in inventory data is deeply mined to supervise the whole production process, the Mechanism of task reminding and exception pre-alarm is set up ,and a performance appraisal system is put forward to enhance the enthusiasm of the staff.The Supply-Marketing-Inventory management hierarchy model is analyzed and designed by the Object-Oriented method. In order to enhance stability and expansibility, the system is divided into display tier ,data tier .operation tier and storage tier, And uniform interface is used in the data exchange between the tiers.The system database is build up based on Microsoft SQL Server 2000 DBMS ,and the applied software is programmed using Object-Oriented program language and ADO/ADO.NET/OLEDB data accessing interface.The management software is developed based on the idea of "Active-work", and applied in the DHI No.3 Manufacture Department. The implementation of the software solved the problem such as lack for collaboration, poor efficiency and enhance the management level of Supply-Marketing-Inventory in the enterprise ,and shows that the pattern in this paper is effective and practicable.更多还原
